I mean, I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not like this store is happening. There were maybe two customers in there on a nice Saturday day. My husband had to end up writing it out with a sharpie, and she finally made copies after he had to threaten to call corporate on her. It's just sad the amount of customer service skills that this world is lacking one day that lady will have a daughter and she will lose an animal, and I hope someone has empathy for her, because she sure didn't for us.

7/18 today I attempted to buy office supplies found the store locked. I told her this was the second time recently that I had have difficulty doing business at this location manager then replied lack of help and and employee had yet to show up for work. I replied I understood it wasn't her fault but management needed to staff her store. Manager became a bit triggered at this point ask if I knew of anyone needing a job and then said Welcome to the new Reality. Office Max needs to stop making excuses up the wage like everyone else and do business. For now I won't participate in the Office Max new Reality.

Our CSR, Shawn, was so informative and showed us all the options available. He took his time. We were not rushed or abandoned like other stores. We were allowed time to talk, discuss amongst ourselves and ask plenty of questions. I liked all the options that were available. So many fabrics to choose from. That was a highlight for us. I will definitely return to this store for any future furniture needs. Customer service cannot be beat. You get what you pay for, not super cheap, but high quality furniture.
