The staff is always very nice and easy to talk to! My absolute favorite thing is the PRICE! I feel as though it has the best prices in town. The clothing is really good quality and I really get a lot for my money. They always have weekly sales with different color tags being either .99 or half off. Almost every holiday they have a huge all store 50% off sale and it is usually very packed. But the line moves fast and again there is so much to chose from. I have gotten brand new items with tags on for a quarter of the price of other places. I highly recommend this store to anyone that loves thrifting!

I was shocked at the sheer amount of merchandise, it was way more than I expected. Every item I looked at was clean, and all the items were well organized. And the two employees I asked for help from were so knowledgeable about the items I asked about, and although I could see they were busy, they took the time to answer my questions. It was definitely nice. And although I ended up not finding what I was looking for, I will definitely be going back.

Finally I just googled Stihl dealer near me. Family Center Farm and Home popped up. At this point, what's one more turn down. They pick up, I ask to be transferred to the Stihl department. A fine gentleman named RJ answers the phone. I explain to him what's going on and that I have no luck restringing my pull start. After a minute of witty banter back and forth, he said if I can get there before he leaves for the day, he will take care of me. I shut the job down on time and hauled ass the 4 minutes away and carried it in to RJ and he did just that, he took care of me. Both him and Uncle Randy were very nice, cool, and I loved shooting the breeze while RJ took care of my blower for me. I cannot thank him enough, he saved my ass! If I am ever back up in St Joe and need something, Family Center Farm and Home is my first stop.

The two girls who spoke to me on the phone, were terrible and treated me with total disrespect. I am 65 years old, and they were talking down to me like they were scolding a little child. Yelling at me, "we do this every day, the flowers will be where they're supposed to be on the day they're supposed to be there!!!" Her funky attitude was so much to the extent that I had to tell the girl on the phone to watch her tone with me. The other girl was in the background, "yeah, yeah" in that girl's support. I was a paying customer asking reasonable questions. What's wrong with these people? It appeared they wanted to argue and fight with me. Complete attitude adjustments are needed, and customer service etiquette is very much lacking for these girls. Not that I care, but you will be out of business if they treat customers like this. Without enough time to order the goods online, I was literally buying out all the paper in St. Joseph. I called asking how many reams of paper they had that was hole punched. I needed about 24 seems of paper, and they didn't have that many in stock. When I arrived, one of the employees had started hole punching paper to complete my entire order. These people know how to take initiative and serve their customers. Definitely recommend them if you like either of those qualities!
