I knew I needed a front hub replacement, so I said "ok". His mechanic put the hub in backwards causing all sorts of engine lights to come on. When I went back in to talk to Crawford about it, his reply way "you brought it in that way". I left, angry, and took the car to another mechanic shop. This is when I learned that the new hub was installed backwards with the magnetic strip turned outward causing the speed sensor to malfunction. I called AAA and they initially said it would be 40 minutes before someone would be able to get to me. But Chris called me almost immediately and was there within 10 minutes! He was able to take off the tire and discovered a huge nail in the middle of the tread (repairable, not requiring replacement). He gave me a recommendation for a tire repair shop, and, after discussing the options with me, put my spare tire on rather than trying to air up the damaged tire. I was able to get to the tire shop (Firestone, who took good care of me) without difficulty. MANY thanks to Chris for contacting me so quickly, arriving so quickly, and getting my defective tire off and my spare tire on so quickly! Thanks to him, my visit to the Glore Museum was a pleasant experience, rather than a stressful one. I appreciate that!

Not only did he fly up on my rear bumper, but he also passed me in a double line no passing zone as I turned off the main highway (K-4) through Valley Falls. Not a good representation of your company RNR Tires. And not safe for the kids and families in Valley Falls. When I called to report this to the business the person who answered the phone responded by telling me that the driver stated "You pulled out in front of him so that's what happened there". Then when trying to clarify that pulling out a quarter of a mile in front of someone in a 45 mile per hour zone is plenty of distance, the gentleman disagreed. Then when told the driver passed in a no passing zone did not offer any reassurance that this negligent driver would be addressed. If your drivers in your vehicles plastered with your company name are allowed to drive like this and you back them up, you are not going to gain business with that representation. You also come off as combative and argumententative on the phone to potential customers.

Pharmacy drop off staff is rude and unprofessional when answering questions about the product they…read moresell. They won't stand behind the products they sell as a distributor but instead will tell you to talk with the manufacturer. Nor will they replace any product they sell that is defective or give refunds. They have no way of talking with upper management, as in they have an email but I was told by the pharmacy manager it's unmonitored. Basic business works as the pharmacy is the distributor they buy from the manufacturer. If my product is defective or broke I contact the distributor for a replacement or my money back and the distributor contacts the manufacturer about the quality and money recouped. But Roger's will hold no responsibility. Not a very good business practice.
