There were scrapes on my windshield and the old sticker not all the way removed. See pictures. I noticed the scrape on my rear bumper after I got home. After reading some reviews about damage being done and then them saying it was already there I decided to suck it up and move on. My rear bumper was replaced in 2018 from an accident and I know that scrape was not there previously. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache. If you don't want your property treated like this I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

I would give him 5/5 but deducted 1 star for the product that I was finally able to come up and see being over priced, over represented condition wise, and not a good value unless they dropped the price in almost half.

To begin I believe most of these repairs and recommendations were fabricated and unnecessary to take advantage of an elderly lady in her 70's... ----- The type of grandmother to thank the cashier at the grocery store for being kind, the type of grandmother that still sends birthday cards, makes pies , has a home in disrepair and was a widow at the young age of 53. You know the type of grandmother that reminds you of you're grandmother. The one that you're not worried about making it into heaven . Yes, that one. ---------------- Ok secondly! The Ford Escape! What can I say? What's you're excuse Ford? The work was necessary? What's that say about you're product? And even if the work was necessary... the price? The prices are outrageous. I can't single out any one repair because they are all RIP OFFS. Lastly, Please look at the work done, the mileage , model year, and the cost of the repair... if you don't know what you're looking at, show a friend or you're husband. Please review the documents before purchasing a vehicle or having repairs made at ANY dealership. and just be on the safe side and believe me, do NOT come here for anything! I told him I had my own parts since I had planned to do it myself and he agreed to do labor to put parts on which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. When I came to pick my truck up he told me his mechanic had a hard time with the job. He stated he was cussing and screaming over it. Bob told me I had not normal brakes on my truck and it took a long time to do them. That is not true. Tacoma trucks have the same drum brakes on the rear from 05 to 2023. He charged me 294 dollars for labor. So beware, his mechanic is just slow but you have to pay for more labor because of his inability to do the job in a timely manner. Bob even asked me if i wanted a mechanic job. When I got home I realized my emergency brake was not adjusted out after in stalling the shoes so I have barely a emergency brake at all. I had to crawl under truck to check on brakes I see he did not replace my dust plugs on brake adjuster hole nor put caps on grease fittings. I am 68 and on fixed income but Bob told me he felt bad for charging me so much when it should of only been about 150. Boy that made me feel better. I was pretty upset so I just left. Thinking about calling credit card company to see about recourse.
