I called AAA and they initially said it would be 40 minutes before someone would be able to get to me. But Chris called me almost immediately and was there within 10 minutes! He was able to take off the tire and discovered a huge nail in the middle of the tread (repairable, not requiring replacement). He gave me a recommendation for a tire repair shop, and, after discussing the options with me, put my spare tire on rather than trying to air up the damaged tire. I was able to get to the tire shop (Firestone, who took good care of me) without difficulty. MANY thanks to Chris for contacting me so quickly, arriving so quickly, and getting my defective tire off and my spare tire on so quickly! Thanks to him, my visit to the Glore Museum was a pleasant experience, rather than a stressful one. I appreciate that!

I took my car to 2 other garages and they confirmed the wheel bearings were not installed correctly or not replaced at all. In the process of this they damage both cv axles on on the front of my car and now its going to cost over 1200.00 to repair. They will not refund my money and they allow there receptionist to drive my car without my permission. They took advantage of me being a female. I have tried several times to get them to make this right and they will not. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I hope they can shed some light on what a terrible business this is and save someone else from getting taken advantage of. My car is no not safe to drive after they touched my car. Some of the mechanics act like they cant speak English and will not help you. Also got one of the mechanics using a crow bar i my drivers side wheel. Please be cautious of this place. I hard to learn the hard way. The receptionist acts like she is the owner and refuses to allow me speak with the owner to get this resolved. They basically stole my money and didn't do the repairs they stated they did to my car. Now me and my son are without transportation because of the lack of responsibility on there end as far as being fare and taking accountability and making this right with me. The salesman Travis Brooks is the 4/5 star rating because I dealt with him for 2 weeks and my crazy work and personal schedule. I would give him 5/5 but deducted 1 star for the product that I was finally able to come up and see being over priced, over represented condition wise, and not a good value unless they dropped the price in almost half.
