I could buy more, but food, the mortgage, etc... Chris, the owner, is an incredible woman and savvy business owner. She is warm and welcoming. It's obvious from the second you walk in that she takes great care curating the items she sells. The way the items are arranged makes it fun to browse, and she never pressures you. Often there are only one or two of something, so what you see changes every time you visit and there is always something new to tempt you. Chris has exquisite taste, and she is clearly committed to choosing high-quality products that often are locally made. She knows about the owners and artists, which really adds to the shopping experience. I've brought someone with me each time I've visited. It's a pleasure to introduce people to this charming store. We take our time and always walk out giddy. I can't say enough about enchanting Nesting Goods! Let's all support small businesses, especially in a town like St. Joseph, where so many people are trying hard to create a destination!

Jamie's always has a wonderful selection of household decor items, florals, seasonal decor, women's clothing and a bit of costume jewelry. I was on a job site up in St Joe and my pull cord on my Stihl blower broke. I had called all around…read morelooking for the entire assembly and was striking out left and right. Finally I just googled Stihl dealer near me. Family Center Farm and Home popped up. At this point, what's one more turn down. They pick up, I ask to be transferred to the Stihl department. A fine gentleman named RJ answers the phone. I explain to him what's going on and that I have no luck restringing my pull start. After a minute of witty banter back and forth, he said if I can get there before he leaves for the day, he will take care of me. I shut the job down on time and hauled ass the 4 minutes away and carried it in to RJ and he did just that, he took care of me. Both him and Uncle Randy were very nice, cool, and I loved shooting the breeze while RJ took care of my blower for me. I cannot thank him enough, he saved my ass! If I am ever back up in St Joe and need something, Family Center Farm and Home is my first stop.

Despite all that this company thinks that having someone standing 3 feet from the only register open and looking in people's bags and marking a line on their receipt is more important than cleaning the store or actually checking people out! He literally watched her check out my 2 items and still wanted to look in my bag! I could understand if there was actually anything to steal in the 3 feet between the register and him but there isn't! So my only thought is that they don't trust their checkers. So maybe hire better people and stop doing this asinine thing!
