I've been in here on multiple occasions and it's hit or miss. A lot of times the ice tea and/or brewed coffee is always out, which are the 2 items I come in for to purchase. Tonight the unsweetened ice tea was out. I waited on it to be brewed. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry. Staff wasn't very friendly or chipper tonight. I had a man standing at the door smoking and asking for money too. I think they should put a stop to the solicitation, just my opinion. I then watched the guy that was asking for money eventually leave in an almost brand new car. Bathrooms are usually always stocked and clean. read more

We made this our pit stop on the way up north to visit a family friend and explore pumpkin patches. In general I find Love's locations to be pretty reliable, clean, and convenient stops along the highway in this part of the country. This location lives up to what I've come to expect. We used the clean restrooms, picked up some sparkling waters, and were back on the road in no time at all. read more

I've stopped here many times over the years and it is always a very clean location with the cheapest gas and diesel within many many miles. The staff is always welcoming and friendly as well!! We enjoy this stop before scooting down the road the the Kansas city metro. It is an easy off and back on to the interstate and keeps the big trucks and tourist traffic separate and safe read more

We are travelers they are always so helpful with our rv needs and overnight stays we're always happy to find one on our travels

This place.....The way it's set up is ridiculous. Convenient location but it takes way too long to get in for fuel and then out if it's busy. The store itself is usually clean. Showers are always hot. read more

I had questions on the Randy McNally OerDryve 8Pro, one being the rebate. I was told the mail in rebate would on the receipt. The Love's employee that told me that took me to the counter to get it and pay. She left and I paid I asked about the rebate and they told me there wasn't one. Well then I also found out they won't reimburse me just give me credit. I'M DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LOVE'S! read more

Worst truck stop ever. definitely needs to control his anger with customer lacks customer service skills. As a Fedex truck driver we carry double trailers and we only have few options on the road and loves WAS one of my favorite spots. Long story short it was the end of my shift and I stop at a loves to switch of with my coworker I wait for my turn at the pumps like any other truck. On average it takes us between 10 to 20 min to switch off and fill up. As I pull up to the pump to clean the steering wheel off for my coworker and make my bed not even 5 min of me being at the pump some manager has the never to come and yell at me to move my truck not in knowing that I was about to fill up my truck. Definitely lost my business forever Sad thing is that my truck runs 24/7 and we fill up once every 24hours hope he gets the right training he needs read more

Clean store, clear restrooms, horrible parking lot design with difficult to access fuel pumps.

Clean bathrooms , nice selection of products, and fast, efficient cashiers. We will be stopping on our way thru again.

Restrooms needed attention. Waited in line to check out. Cashier was making coffee while the line grew. I understand being understaffed but there is no reason to be snappy with the customers because of this. read more

Everyone is always professional & is always willing to help all customers out at any time. The staff is also very knowledgeable & deliver great customer service with a positive attitude! Everything you come to expect from a convenient store. They have it all, food, gas, snacks, fountain drinks, energy drinks. read more

What can you say? It is a truck stop and a very busy one at that with a huge amount of truck business. Truck parking always seems to be full. On the auto side of the station things seem to be calmer. The workers have always been friendly and helpful. The restrooms have been fairly clean for a truck stop. read more

Considering they've got about the cheapest fuel in the country here, of course it's going to be busy. From this truck driver's perspective, they do a great job of taking care of both professional drivers and the motoring public, especially considering the sheer volume they're consistently dealing with at this particular location. Service with a smile every time I've stopped here, despite all the drivers whining about their wait times and not having a hot shower waiting on them the moment they step through the doors. My only gripe is the Arby's here. Just looking at an Arby's sign makes my stomach churn. read more

If you love waiting for fuel or love waiting for a shower for ever this is the place for you.

We are driving an f150 pulling a trailer. Parking lot is crazy and a terrible design. It was lunch time so busyness is expected. Went to park with the truckers and their parking lot was almost full. Poor guys waiting in long lines for gas and two of their lanes were closed- looked like they were just being cleaned. Store was clean and staff friendly. Arby's seemed like a health hazard - dirty tables and condiments station and bathrooms. One person working the register. Certainly spent more time there than we wanted. read more

This is for all locations in general. Change in policys wrecked it for me. Had earned 3 mos free showers through frequent fuler program, did not buy from them for a month, they refused to honor free showers that I had already earned. Also now to use points, you must have purchased 500 gal, so what is the point system for? my reward or theirs? Employees do not make the policies, but are rude about the changes. Had been long time devoted customer, now I will drive out of my way for a chain with more integrity. I get better milage from Pilot, but liked the points and showers at Loves, no more Loves for me. read more
