I didn't wind up buying because the Expedition wasn't in perfect condition for the sky high price…read morethey were asking for a 99 in 2021 with an odometer that didn't show up. The salesman Travis Brooks is the 4/5 star rating because I dealt with him for 2 weeks and my crazy work and personal schedule. He was very nice, and more than understanding, and easy to get along with! No pressure either. I would give him 5/5 but deducted 1 star for the product that I was finally able to come up and see being over priced, over represented condition wise, and not a good value unless they dropped the price in almost half.

-----Bad business alert-----Please read----…read more I have attached documents of the bad business practices. Please note... This is work performed by "Anderson Ford" of St. Joseph. This is work done on my grandmothers Ford Escape with very low mileage. All the details are in the pictures. To begin I believe most of these repairs and recommendations were fabricated and unnecessary to take advantage of an elderly lady in her 70's... ----- The type of grandmother to thank the cashier at the grocery store for being kind, the type of grandmother that still sends birthday cards, makes pies , has a home in disrepair and was a widow at the young age of 53. You know the type of grandmother that reminds you of you're grandmother. The one that you're not worried about making it into heaven . Yes, that one. ---------------- Ok secondly! The Ford Escape! What can I say? What's you're excuse Ford? The work was necessary? What's that say about you're product? And even if the work was necessary... the price? The prices are outrageous. I can't single out any one repair because they are all RIP OFFS. Lastly, Please look at the work done, the mileage , model year, and the cost of the repair... if you don't know what you're looking at, show a friend or you're husband. Please review the documents before purchasing a vehicle or having repairs made at ANY dealership. and just be on the safe side and believe me, do NOT come here for anything! Think about that person in you're life you love and care for that can be taken advantage of. Think if they did that to them and how it would make you feel. Please mark as helpful if this stopped you from making a mistake in coming here. Thank you for reading!

Received multiple emails and text messages from Lydia and Rebecca confirming the appointment. I even texted when I was halfway through my hour drive saying I might arrive 10-15 mins early. Walked in and Rebecca said, "I'm sorry but I just found out 5 mins ago that the vehicle you're interested in sold, but we have others!" Really? Then call me 5 mins ago and tell me. No I'm not interested in your bait and switch.

The internet sales manager and staff here were fantastic to work with and made the experience a positive and their finance department as well. No one wants to make a large purchase unexpectedly but it was good to see how all the people I worked with came through in the end. After a year of ownership again I needed a recall performed and they reached out offering to get it taken care of and did so in a timely, and very professional manner again. I don't think warm fuzzies when working with a car dealer but it is definitely been a great experience in interacting with their staff on all fronts to date. Price, selection, and service have been positives and greatly appreciate this in a day where being passive is the norm.

By the the end of Friday we had not heard from the service department if the car is ready for pick up or an estimate of repairs. I Saturday January 21st I contacted the service department and ultimately spoke to "James" who said that they are still currently diagnosing the air bag light and he would contact me on Monday morning January 23rd. By noon I had no contact from them so I called and spoke with a different service writer in which he also advised that they are "currently" diagnosing the air bag light, I said to him that my appointment was for Friday morning and they no have at least a day and a half of "diagnosing" the issue and also asked when he thought it may be ready. He advised that they are busy and will let me know, so I asked is the car currently be diagnosed or have you even started on it yet and he reluctantly finally said they had not even started on it yet. I advised him that we would pick up the car and seek another Nissan dealership. My question are: 1. Why do we even make an appointment if they just get to it whenever they get to it? 2. Why not give the customer a phone call and state they were unable to start the job? 3. Why be untruthful when advising the customer of the status of their vehicle? I would not recommend the service department of Rolling Hills Nissan in St. Joseph Mo.
