There were scrapes on my windshield and the old sticker not all the way removed. See pictures. I noticed the scrape on my rear bumper after I got home. After reading some reviews about damage being done and then them saying it was already there I decided to suck it up and move on. My rear bumper was replaced in 2018 from an accident and I know that scrape was not there previously. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache. If you don't want your property treated like this I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

First job they did for me was with spectacular results. The second job done was on my 2017 Toyota Tundra with horrible results. First I want to set the record. I approached Taylors auto body because of fantastic prior results dealing with shop and owner. Sadly he is no longer doing the work himself, but fiercely defends his business. This time his shop manager suggested PDR due to the damage being so minor with no noticed metal damage. Manager stated "this job will be a quick easy repair including paint, rock chip and stencil replacement". A few days had passed and I was told my vehicle was completed the first time. Sadly, I refused the truck because the work was absolutely horrible. So BAD that you could see original damage through the new paint plus additional hose slap dings on the opposite side of bed including (drips, sags, bubbled stencil, clear coat cracking etc). Ower implied "I am doing you a favor. I should just tell you to leave" and with that the shop offered to redo the entire job a second time. I should of taken the first offer and left to take it to a professional body shop. The second attempt was no better and just as horrible as the first. The owner also asked me if I wanted the stock stencil to be replaced a SECOND time due to them having to remove it again!? Shop owner -"It's going to cost me money and you can only see one side of the truck at a time anyway". Seriously!? you can't make this stuff up. Owner complained about eating the cost of his work while in a joking manner admits to picking at the factory rock chip guard on my hood with his finger nail. Owner-"I was picking at it. I was like what is this? Until I realized that it was supposed to be there". This is the workmanship of a professional body shop? I arrived again to pick up my truck. It was clearly done with an amateur attempt a second time. The paint still sagging, hazed, not completely wet sanded and now the wheelwell insert not properly reinstalled. This shop had the nerve to increase the bill. Wanting to charge me more money for the second failed attempt. Owner-"man this truck kicked my guys a$$ start to finish". It's not my fault your guy was in over his head. You should have never taken the job if you could not give quality work on 2017 black truck. Long story, but my insurance company has APPROVED a claim AGAINST Taylor's Auto Restoration LLC's INFERIOR work. What started as in their words a "minor repair" at 1500.00 is now 4000.00 including the repair to the hoods rock guard. This is the cost of fixing Taylor's auto body's damage to my vehicle. State farm laughed at the repairs with a shaking head and then said that they will approve a claim against Taylor's auto restoration's repairs. It is pretty bad when YOUR inferior body work is covered by insurance. Customers beware that this shop is a serious hit or miss. If you want bad work at rate prices this is your place. If you care about the quality of the finished product move on quickly. Remember you should never be able to pick out GOOD body work after it is done.

There were two reasons I couldn't make this a 5 star: because I had moved up one level in the model I was looking at, I was hoping to negotiate the price a bit. The salesman presented a non-counteroffer, showing me how much they were leaving on the table versus the MSRP. Bother. But later I realized that MSRP has little to do with their price of buying a used car for resale. The other problem was that he seemed to disappear for long periods of time without letting me know what was going on. I had thought of bringing a book for that eventuality, but... They called and said they lost my paper work and since I had my phone number on my for sale sign on the box truck they were able to call me. They told me it would be $70 to fix the ABS issue. Again never told about a storage fee or fee to look at my truck. When we spoke again I was then told not sure how much it would be to fix it. I called the next day and the technician that had been looking at my my truck was supposedly out on a tow and I was told he would call me back when he got back to the shop. The technician never called back. So the next day I went in to pick up my truck and was charged $143.00, since they took off the $300.00 in storage fees. No work or parts were done on my truck and I never received an estimate that I had to pay $143.00 for. When asked what this was for I was told it was to look at my truck and since not getting work done there I was charged a storage fee. Again this was never brought to my attention of storage fees or fee to look at my vehicle that I brought in (not towed) for an estimate! These people waited to call me and never said their fees, knowing they would charge me everyday my truck was at their business. This business is a scam and no one should trust them!!! There is also a complaint on the BBB for the exact same thing and also a lot of 1 star reviews with the same issue. We did call the sheriff, but was told it was a civil matter. But the first words out of the sheriff's mouth was "is it because of the storage fees?" I knew exactly this isn't the first time they have done this to customers. After we paid we started to leave but we had no keys, so we turned around and asked if there were fees to get my keys. They then told me to "get the F out of their shop and don't come back." I replied, "Do you really think I would come back to this place?" As we were leaving out of the shop my wife and I were surrounded by 5 plus people and he continued to call all the mechanics out of the shop. I asked if all of them were going to beat my wife and me up in front of our children in the car? They then told me my keys were in the truck we then left. We as customers should have the ability to choose where and who we want working on our truck. We should not have to pay more than the repair and +100.00/day for outdoor storage and $300.00 for indoor storage, if you decide to not go through with the work at their shop and to go to different shop.

Initially they quoted me a price and then called another day with another to the point where the bill went from over $5,000.00 to over $6,000.00 dollars and supposedly that was just only for parts. It got to over $10,000.00 and I said no because they only took off one wheel the first day and ordered parts they thought was needed to do the job. I told them to prepare my vehicle so I can have it towed back to Omaha as I was headed South for a week. It cost me $1,500.00 for towing to Omaha and asked them to place parts in my vehicle for towing. I had to pay an additional $1,658.78 for them to release my vehicle. I was told they need to know soon of the tow because there may be storage fees assessed. What a scam and be aware if you must frequent this shop. I would like for the owner to respond because I tried to rectify this problem but he pushed it off to his shop person who failed to call. I took my car to 2 other garages and they confirmed the wheel bearings were not installed correctly or not replaced at all. In the process of this they damage both cv axles on on the front of my car and now its going to cost over 1200.00 to repair. They will not refund my money and they allow there receptionist to drive my car without my permission. They took advantage of me being a female. I have tried several times to get them to make this right and they will not. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. I hope they can shed some light on what a terrible business this is and save someone else from getting taken advantage of. My car is no not safe to drive after they touched my car. Some of the mechanics act like they cant speak English and will not help you. Also got one of the mechanics using a crow bar i my drivers side wheel. Please be cautious of this place. I hard to learn the hard way. The receptionist acts like she is the owner and refuses to allow me speak with the owner to get this resolved. They basically stole my money and didn't do the repairs they stated they did to my car. Now me and my son are without transportation because of the lack of responsibility on there end as far as being fare and taking accountability and making this right with me. Please read this and do not make the same mistake I did by entrusting these people with your vehicle.
