The cakes ( white with buttercream and chocolate with chocolate buttercream) were tasty and wonderfully done. Trish took a picture my daughter in law found on the internet and made her dream cake with purple roses just like she wanted. The chocolate groom's cake with purple LSU frosting was just as we asked for as well. I got constant great comments from the guests all afternoon on. I was searching for a puzzle with ducks, but could not find any. Emil asked if she could help with anything. I had mentioned was looking for a duck puzzle. I had kept looking down other aisles to see if I could find anything associated with ducks. After about five minutes, Emil approached me with a puzzle featuring ducklings. I was amazed this young lady searched for the puzzle and hunted me down. Emil represents what superior customer service stands for and I also give kudos to Management for their training. They had two hot and one iced. Before I even entered too far into the quaint shop, Kim mentioned tea samples--not just to drink but a small bag of loose leaf. She was the sweetest--in my conversation with her while I entered the store, I said I had just checked in on Yelp. Yelp said something about an ounce (seems like too much to just give away...), the samples were less than that, but I didn't mind, I thought it was cool they even did that--she ended up letting me choose two--so hard to decide when the two I chose sounded delicious! They have a fantastic array of teas: black, herbal, tisanes, green to name a few of their loose leaf teas. They also have an assortment of boxed/tin of teas too and from various companies.
