They didn't seem frustrated or trying to get me to hurry up. Secondly, they were very helpful to to me when I had trouble finding what I was looking for. And third, it was pouring rain! The woman there, her name was Katy, literally ran outside with me while I'm holding all of my items with an umbrella. She walked me to my car trying her best to kee me dry! I've been to dollar general so many times, but this service was amazing!

Very discombobulated merchandise that is literally thrown all in these bins for cheap prices. It felt almost like dumpster diving. Some things were opened. Good luck finding shoe with matching pairs. Things were broken. Boxes were opened. It was random. Checked out the shelves away from the bins, expecting to be surprised at the bargains. Didn't really see any bargains. I can see where the appeal would be for some and maybe I just picked a weird day to visit. Definitely not my cup of tea, app deleted.

The other day, I needed a few things and decided to try there instead of WalMart nearby. They had a ton of stuff on sale. I bought 10 pairs of shoes for 25¢ each (CENTS). No, I didn't need 10 new pairs of shoes, but c'mon. I was able to get a lot of grocery items on really good clearance. They didn't have a great selection, but good enough to get me through the weekend. They had a lot of stuff marked down to 25¢. I ended up spending $50 when I went in to buy about $3 worth of stuff. WHICH IS WHY I DON'T COME HERE!!! The guy that checked my stuff out was quiet but really nice. I had signed up for a Big Lots card a long time ago, but didn't have it. He really wanted me to get credit for the big purchase I made that day so volunteered to take the time to fix my old account so I'd get those "points" even when I told him he didn't really have to go to the effort if he was too busy. He wasn't that busy, so was perfecty happy to do it. I'll definitely go back, although I'll have to be careful not to buy too much.

They have done a great job on keeping the store organized and flowing, even with it being about half the size of the location they had in Zona Rosa. The parking is ample for the amount of business you see in this area. The lot is well lit and clean. They have a nice selection of clothing, hair products, make up, accessories and shoes.. The home goods selection is small but seems to rotate in and out pretty regularly. This is a great store to find discount prices on quality name brand items and gift for those who are hard to shop for. They offer gIft cards if you just aren't sure what to purchase.

I made a large purchase online and a few of the items didn't work for my daughter. One was too small, one was see through and another was too big. I couldn't find the packing slip but surely in this day and age they can figure out how to look up an order via the order number. They could have also told me the shipping confirmation email would have worked. Instead they all refused to use critical thinking skills to try to help me make a return. Without packaging slip I should have been able to get store credit. They could have told me my confirmation shipping email would have worked as well. Instead the manager tells me in 20 days a new system update goes through and they will be able to issue refunds appropriately with today's technology. That is no hope to me because that's out of my return range from date of purchase. I combed through my house and only by the Grace of God found the packing slip. I will have to make another trip and finally, hopefully be able to make a return. I attached a picture of the return policy.
