I feel it's a cluster no matter how hard I try for a quick and seamless pickup. Today I called this morning and verified my RX was ready. Upon arriving I was notified it was not ready, but they would prepare it immediately and I could return in 20 mins. So I ran other errands and returned 1 hour later. I was told again the RX was not ready and it would be another 15 mins. I did not have additional time to wait this time and left. 30 mins later I received a text stating RX was ready and will have to make a third trip to pickup RX.

If they don't have it they will order it and it is usually there the next day. They are good about getting you generic perscriptions so that you don't have to pay as much. All in all a good place. I have only had one bad experience with them and that was when I was trying to refill an expired perscription. I did not know that it was expired until I called. They contacted my doctor and said they would get back to me. They did not recieve the confirmation which in turn made me wait for ever to see the doctor only to find out that they had told them at 10am an hour before I came in, the time they told me to, and finally got it about 3 hours after the perscription had been sent in.

Out of the 30 items I bought, 7 of them were either missing or damaged. I had 2 incredibly dented cans- not small dents but rather the entire side of the can was crushed. The cleaner I got had opened and spilt. They put it in a bad with taco seasoning and printed labels. Both of them are ruined and the cleaner is empty. It's all over my car. I ordered 2 packages of crispy peppers for salads. One was open and the other was missing! I'm done with this Walmart. I'm always going to make time to go somewhere else, and you should too.
