A pharmacy is a pharmacy, right? They're all basically the same - you bring your prescription in,…read moreyou wait a little (or a lot), you pay, you leave. That's what I always thought, anyway. But I found this little pharmacy recently, and it is WAY different - and even though it is quite a bit further from my house than my current pharmacy (at a chain drug store), I'm going to move all my family's prescriptions to Millers. The difference with Millers is the personal service - a couple of years ago, one of the pharmacists PERSONALLY delivered my cousin's medication to him when my cousin (who's 90 years old) wasn't able to make it to the store because of a snow storm. When my cousin pulls up in front to park, one of the staff usually comes out and helps him into the store - and I've seen them do this for many other people, too. And, they are fast - I have never had to wait over 10 minutes, from drop off of new scripts to walking out the door. The store is very well organized, clean, and they have a nice variety of small gift items/candles, etc. So although you may have to drive a little further to go to this pharmacy, I think you'll find it very much worth it. And as for me and my house, we're going to Millers.

I have been to one in at least 22 states, but the cleanliness, layout and organization at this particular location is truly unmatched! You know how every Walmart layout is different and sometimes it can be overwhelming or just impossible to find basic things? Not here, the signs are big and the areas are clearly marked so you know by looking up where to get the things you need. Also, the selection for skincare in this Walmart is top tier! I clearly need to take more pictures and find out who the general manager is so they can be recommended for partner of products for all Walmarts because when I go into any other Walmarts I have this expectation. I am still trying to decide if I even liked Walmart at all until I came to this one LOL! But seriously hats off to all the employees and management that all do their job very well to make this happen.

Asking one of the employees in their vest a question only to have them shake their head and walk off. The list goes on and on. This is the kind of place I love to support! I know I'm supporting an individual family who take pride in what they do, and are willing to go the extra mile when needed, as opposed to a corporate chain who does everything as cheaply as possible and treats me like a number.

The pharmacy is good and most workers are polite and helpful. The store is clean and the staff is generally polite in the main store area when I do go in. I have had a few issues off and on with the customer service in the main store throughout the years but typically the pharmacy is consistent.
