I waited 30 minutes while she was making a call to see if I could get a refill. The 16 year old intern did a way better job than her. The intern told me I could have one pill to last me until tomorrow when I could pick up my entire prescription since I needed to go to work. Why make me wait 30 minutes only to tell me I can't give you one pill. I have to bring in the prescription. Then she walked away and helped the next customer. I HAD BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES!!! Unreal. He and his staff knew every regular customer by name and service was always great and personal. Fast forward about 70 years and both of us have used numerous pharmacies over the years. The people and the service at this Stop 'n' Shop are as close as we've come to that old neighborhood pharmacy experience. Everyone at this pharmacy is always personable, pleasant and very helpful.

It's a good thing I have a high pain tolerance. I called the pharmacy to cancel the prescriptions being filled and to obtain the numbers of three previous prescriptions which I had transferred there recently due to a current move and they only had a record of one of them even though I had confirmed them with the pharmacist at another time. They offered no apology nor were they concerned that I am taking my business elsewhere. I consider that they are totally incompetent, unprofessional and an example of the worst form of customer service. I would tell anyone to avoid them.

Super helpful, knowledgeable, they get to know their patients / customers, take time to call Insurance and the Doctors. Ok, so they can't compete with the hours of the Big Box Pharmacies. So Pay for your Rx online and they'll overnight ship it to you. Problem solved. So many advantages to working with a local Pharmacy! Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot.
