Recently, a family member needed a rx med her dr prescribed ((that was not available in any Walgreens except for a very small amount) on Friday. On Sunday, we returned to the pharmacy. The pharmacist called again to various pharmacies-this prescription was in stock anywhere. The pharmacist called the prescribing dr, explained that the rx was not available anywhere local & was able to discuss w/the dr an equally effective medication that was available. My daughter w/in a few hours was already feeling relief after weeks of suffering not feeling well & the lingering deep cough from an illness which required 2 visits to the doctor. i visited this location on 6/3/24 and was disgusted with the horrible customer service. i am disabled and i asked an associate for help and they rolled their eyes at me. i took my item to the cashier and asked them to help me get my money out of my wallet and they rolled their eyes at me and said that they wont be able to help me again if i come back to the store. i am disgusted and very upset at the treatment i get when i go there.---lori cascione read more

This is the WORST Walgreens I've been to in the area. The staff is rude and lost. I needed help with a package and a girl with glasses was nasty. Flat out nasty. The pharmacy here is also terrible. The drive thru window takes at least 15 mins. God help you if a car is in front of you. On this particular day I just needed a piece of tape for a package they would not give me. They suggested I buy $5.99 packaging tape. F-them! Never going back here after this experience. Rude and unfriendly. Went to another Walgreens and they did the package in a minute with no issues. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want nasty employees or a long wait whether it's at main counter or pharmacy. read more

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Constantly closes on Saturday or Sunday or actually all weekend. And forget about the phones. Walgreens feels it doesn't need to fix the problem. read more

Waiting on hold for a live person for 25 minutes with a recording saying I was second in line. Unbelievable.

Tried to drop off some fedex packages for my business. The young lady behind counter was very nice and could not scan them. She called the manager and the manager was extremely confrontational. Told me that she couldn't scan them. Was told that she couldn't help me and that I couldn't leave the packages. Not in a friendly tone. Won't go back ever again. read more

I am always treated well when I go in. They are always so helpful. I never wait long in line. It's the only pharmacy I will go to. They have not once made a mistake on a prescription. I feel safe there. read more

I prefer filling my prescriptions at this Walgreens location simply because the wait isn't long at all. While you wait you can pick up a few items if needed. The wait is no longer than 10 mins. I enjoy the text feature. If you drop or have a script called in Walgreens will notify you when its ready for pickup via a text. Downside is the prices can be outrageous for items not covered. If you're on medication that is not covered under your current insurance shop around Walgreens seems to over charge. read more

Terrible TERRIBLE pharmacy service. They told me that they would have my script in 20 min. I only had 20 min time in order to get my son to his class. They had me wait for 35 min only to tell me that it wasn't due? It was written at the doctors office TODAY! I told the woman (short blonde/brown curly hair with glasses) that they had told me 20 min and now I was late and she rolled her eyes and shrugged. Never again, Walgreens. I will be going to CVS from now on. read more

I have always liked this Walgreens. It is on the corner of Farmington Ave so it its accessible and convenient. I have gone many times for pictures, and they have come out high quality. They have a good selection of snacks and drinks. It's quick and easy! read more

Terrible pharmacy customer service! I stood in front of 4 girls for at least 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. One girl was literally in front of me on her computer and didn't even say hi or anything until she was done typing. Would not recommend. read more

I have to go to this location vs cvs because of my daughter's military insurance and Walmart in Bristol is just too far. It's a darn mess! 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy tech that's it for a busy store!? I've been on hold 13-15 minutes and needed to hang up and drive to Walgreens just to wait longer in a huge line to take care of things that couldn't be done online or through the automated system. Picking up a script is a nightmare and I need to plan on being there at least 20 to 25 minutes, more if customers in front of me have issues or are just plain difficult. I never wait at cvs who hires plenty of staff! I literally called twice today and was on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up. I drove there waited in the drive through lane for 10 minutes, I had a script to get anyway and finally drove away (without her script, without finding out if they had a new script on file like her doctor told me) or I was going to be late getting my daughter. I called again tonight and 8 minutes later someone finally answers and sadly became the bearer of my having had enough. I'm going back to Walmart because they are quick, answer the phone, and I'll have to plan on going on the weekends vs weekdays when traffic is a nightmare! read more

Bad, bad service. At prescription counter people are rude and inattentive. I waited and waited and waited. They did not even turned and said anything like they were noticing you. Three people behind me just simply left. When my turn seems to be approaching after 30 min of waiting time the clerk started serving somebody else at the car window. I left too. And I can only get my medicine once a week at this drug store. The clerk is so unprofessional. Does not know what she does. read more
