Finally give up. Bring rest of keys off ring inside and say that none work here is rest and one key still stuck. Frustrated, I take my 2 old tanks and leave and don't bother wasting more time or arguing for a refund. They just made over 40 bucks of free money because of poor service and sure don't care. Don't ever go there. Train your workers better. If you sell a product, make sure they know how to accommodate you. And other places, cashier would come out and open gate for propane, not customer

The attendant gave me a hard time for pumping just 1 gallon ($3.00) of gas. The pump didn't spit out a receipt, so I asked for a receipt. That's when the rudeness took over. Rude and lazy, probably should have filled the print paper at the pump, and we could have never spoken. People like this attendant should not have jobs that are customer-facing.

I have a 275 gallon tank (so why was he delivering 100 gallons to me in July??) Well, he overfilled the tank!!...said I had a broken whistle valve. My system never had a whistle valve per my current oil delivery man. The oil spilled all over the side of my wood sided home and deck, into the basement, and throughout the ground floor bathroom and play area, soaking up and onto the base of the sheetrock on walls. Tony entered my home, went downstairs and sprinkled some white powder on the affected areas then left. My children play downstairs, but were prohibited from doing so for months due to the awful oil smell. Later, I was unable to reach Tony by phone because his voicemail box was full on numerous attempts to reach him. I called the # listed for emergencies and was greeted by a different contractor who said he would get a message to Tony to call me back. Tony did call back. I explained that he needed to return to clean up the oil spill in my basement. He refused. Said he was busy with personal matters and would not be doing any clean up. WOW, way to go! I was left to contact DEP and do extensive clean up myself.

However, because I decided not to drive to The Sushi Class for an event there (good thing I didn't because unlike some people, I do NOT want to risk a DUI), the bus I took out of New Britain was so late that I was late catching the bus to take me the rest of the way back to Southington and so I had to wait here in Plainville, so I decided to kill some time and try (and fail) to beat the heat. So into the Plainville Walgreen's I went. It wasn't bad so to say, but nothing about really stood out either. It served its purpose enough. I got what I needed and it wasn't any harm or foul done. I do hope to never come here again, but that is more towards Plainville and much less about this store specifically. Sorry Plainville, but I am learning that I hate waiting for a bus here. To really sum this Walgreen's up, if you've already been to a Walgreen's nearby, then it's really not any different here.
