I would give this store negative stars if that were possible. Poorly run, terrible workers…read moreconditions. Staff always call out and the managers solution is to make other staff work 6 days a week. The staff seem miserable, nobody knows where anything is when you ask for help, they act offended like you don't at them. It's not very clean, products are often not stocked properly so you have to ask to check the back. The people running the front where the registers are act extremely unprofessional, there have been times they've been throwing things back and forth while customers were around. All the decent staff seem to have left, now all that's left are people who can't communicate properly or do a poor job at what they're supposed to be doing. More times than I can count, my bags have ripped because the baggers don't pay attention to what they're doing and I've lost stuff from breaking when the bags rip open. The produce is hit or miss, often going bad or covered in mold, like the strawberries. One time I went through six containers trying to find one that wasn't covered in white fuzzy mold, and eventually gave up. The company slogan used to be ", focusing on friendly" when you looked at the name tags, but it feels very very far from that nowadays. If I wanted miserable workers and a sub-par experience, I could just drive down the street to the dollar store. Overall, negative 3 stars out of 10. Not sure who runs it, but it's a far cry from functional.

The Walgreens app showed me an option for coupons so I selected one and presented it to the pharmacy technician, he was awesome, helpful and respectful. I ended up paying $45 dollars, I was extremely grateful for the service.

They have the wrong birth year for me. But when I asked Social Security to fix the error they told me in writing to report their birth year when dealing with healthcare providers and my pharmacy. This has been OK with my providers and even with my pharmacy for the last few years. But now suddenly my pharmacy no longer wants to accept Social Security's decision and won't fill my prescriptions because of the birth year discrepancy. The pharmacy told me that I should call the insurance company and set up a three-way call between the pharmacy, the insurance company, and myself. I tried to do that with my insurance company. They called the pharmacy but the pharmacy put them on hold for a half hour and would not pick up the phone. The insurance company gave up and told me to contact the pharmacy myself and then set up the three way call with them. I tried. Just like the pharmacy did with my insurance company, they put me on hold for half an hour and would not pick up the phone. So I can do nothing about this mess. The insurance company can't contact the pharmacy by phone, I can't contact the pharmacy by phone, and if I go to the pharmacy in person they tell me they won't fill the prescription without that three way call. Impossible. I told my pharmacy to close my account and transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy in town. They refused. They told me I had to go to the other pharmacy and have them call Walgreens to initiate the transfer. Fine then. I will do just that. No thanks to Walgreens for their arbitrary decision to stop filling my prescriptions after over a year of successful refills, and for their terrible phone service by not answering their calls. Do not do business with these incompetent fools.
