A nearby urgent care center prescribed an antibiotic for me, and they called it in to this CVS for me because I needed it right away. It was dinner time on a Friday night, so I was expecting it to take a long time to be filled. The clerk looked me up in the system and said the prescription was ready, but could not find it. I figured I was doomed to wait a long time. After he asked a second and then a third person, that person found my prescription, and I was on my way. What is wrong with this picture? Lotte of people go in, lots of people come out. Hardly anyone is smiling. These people have forgotten that customer service has a CUSTOMER, or in other terms, a PATIENT attached. There are people in this community who can't afford to eat and get their meds. Some of the techs know this and show their empathy. Some of the pharmacists look out for us, too,, but there are far too many who could not care less. WORST pharmacy ever. Is "no stars" an option? Always out of stock, never call you on the phone or send you a text, and everything will always be ready in 20 minutes , then they don't have it. Go elsewhere. You've been warned. read more

My prescriptions are never ready and no one ever calls to let me know they are back ordered! I have needed medication same day from doctors and have even called an hour after my dr called it in to be told it would be ready in an hour, I actually have had this happen several times and know it won't be ready so usually wait 3 hrs and still I need to pull into parking lot and wait another 30 min. If it was a 1 time thing I wouldn't complain but this happens to me on every refill I need! Either it's out of stock or not ready! I have been using a CVS in Keene NH when I visit my boyfriend and they are on top of it and I can get it within 30 min of them transferring my prescription. Someone needs to get organized in the pharmacy or hire more people. read more

I was discharged from the hospital after difficult neurosurgery. I brought post op prescriptions to be filled at CVS before being driven to my home. A woman in the pharmacy would not fill my medication and I was driven home with no pain medication. I found a person to drive me to CVS at noon the next day and that is when I obtained my post operative pain medication. I feel the pain and suffering caused by CVS not providing my medication borders on patient neglect. read more

Open 24 hrs - awesome selection of makeup.... Staff is super nice... But there's something about the layout of the store that's a bit confusing - takes awhile to get used to! There are a few employees that stand out- that are super helpful! i have saved a lot with the CVS card. read more
