This location is no better than the one that closed down. The pharmacy is so lack luster. I was never informed of my prescription refill till our was completely out. It is not easy to get into the lot due to so much traffic. I cannot imagine how hard it will be to access the new one once that one open. My last visit I had to wait even after being notified by text that it was ready after waiting for the prescription to be filled. For some reason the clerk could not locate my prescription and waited on others while I had to wait yet again. I will say having the savings card is handy. Good deals and awesome coupons.

Sat on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever picked up.

Sat on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever picked up. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. This cvs location is a hot mess.

Had the scanner/laser pointed in my face several times because the lady wouldn't hang it back up.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I had been standing at the pharmacy counter for 55 minutes before my prescription was filled. Bored out of my mind, I decided to write this review; not to mention I asked for an update and was told "a few more minutes." My doctor sent in my prescription yesterday, so I'm not sure why it wasn't ready, but apparently a ton of people were being told the same thing. I also had the scanner/laser pointing in my face several times - see picture attached. I ended up wondering the store to keep myself occupied and attempt to be patient. In that time, I purchased a few items, including two bags of sour skittles (two because it was sale). But both bags of skittles were STALE. I nearly chipped my tooth on skittles!!!! They're supposed to be chewy, not jaw breakers... I'm finding a new pharmacy. This one is difficult to get out of anyhow... having to cross over 4 lanes of traffic is not fun.

Went here because I needed nostril spray for my congestion. It was in and out. Oh and I bought a soda and that was it.

Obviously they have so much business already that they don't care about reviews, anything people…read moresay, or service. However, it is so frustrating when you are in a line of 2 cars picking up prescriptions, and there is a 35 minute wait. They usually have the 2nd lane closed and 1 poor employee is handling the drive through and the inside line. Therefore everybody waits forever. They need to hire more pharmacy technicians! I have been there when no one is in front of me but still I sit at the window or 15 minutes before I see anyone. I pushed the button and hear, I'll be right there, but they aren't. When I go in the store it is a better experience everywhere except at the pharmacy! There can still be long lines, insane waits, and a level of incompetency that is unbelievable. I have to deal with them as CVS does not seem to be any better at all so I have to put up with it, but It's so frustrating! If I was the manager I'd hire more techs, have both drive through lanes open with a sign that says, "If you need to discuss something with the pharmacy, please go into the store." The outdoor lanes should be for quick pick-ups and limited to 3 questions!

The service here is absolutely atrocious. I've tried to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere but…read morethey always give me a reason why they can't. Anytime I need a refill, I submit it on the app...and it goes through, but then gets rejected by the pharmacy with no explanation and says I have to call. So then I call...wait an hour...hour and a half...sometimes more (don't select the callback option, they will not call you back). When they finally answer they have no reason why it was rejected, and it finally gets filled, then I gotta wait 1+ hours in the drive through or inside just to pick up. Then repeat the process next month until all my refills are gone and I can finally go to a different pharmacy.

And the medication I need no pharmacies in West Virginia carry it so I have to travel to another state to get my medication. My doctor is in Maryland. You know that question you asked me today who even told you about us that's who the manufacturer of the medication I'm trying to get that that's how I got your number and that's how I know you can dispense it to me because I'm from West Virginia. They contacted my doctor. Got the prescriptions switched over and had my medication by the following morning. One of these meds I had been informed by CVS that they did not carry. Most of the issues result from company policy. The company went from trying to be open 24 hours with locations everywhere and with insufficient staffing to accomplish the task. Legal action happened as a result. Instead of hiring more staff now they close for 30 minutes so the current one can get a break and reduced their hours. This location is one of the few that I've seen that HAS a public bathroom. This was my primary pharmacy for 4 years. Most of them are nice, considerate, and compassionate, and some of them still remember me after moving away for 3 years and only coming in intermittently because the one I switched to in my area are twice as slow with half of the business and most of them seem bothered that they have to help you. I've never felt that way at the Nottingham store. I had to go back there recently because my pharmacy couldn't refill my meds due to shortages. My local CVS didn't call me, or otherwise attempt to talk to me. I checked the app and it went from available Monday, to being on hold, with no supply. They didn't call other stores for me and I can't- they won't tell me, company policy due to theft. I still haven't heard from them. My doctor sent my following month Rx to Nottingham and I got it the same day, and the person at the register remembered me, explained about supply issues and that they too had just gotten in back in stock. Anyway, all pharmacies are overworked. They have to deal with your doctor, your insurance company and then you, they are understaffed and underpaid and under-appreciated. They usually never catch up no matter how hard they work and yet CVS corporate doesn't understand why people don't want to work there. I would give the store higher based on that information but they are the ones that pay for the company's policies but that isn't fair either. Thus my 3 stars.

This makes it impossible for me to use the bathroom, because my wheelchair won't fit. I can't hold it against her. She DID pay for and allow us to build a ramp into her house, and that's more than my own sisters ever did. I have been going to the local Weis market, to use their bathroom, but it's a unisex stall, it's small, and it's right next to the front door (which is a highly congested area with women wiping their carts or just looking around like they've never seen a supermarket before), so it's not a favorite. We decided to try the CVS across the street this time. I know that CVS stores usually have a pretty decent bathroom. I've been using them (or Walgreens) for bathroom breaks when traveling for years. They're great for people who need help with toileting because the one unisex room gives space for moving around, and they're usually cleaner than a fast food restroom, with less random women wondering why Jeremy's in their bathroom. This store was empty when we arrived, around 6pm. The pharmacy was already closed. We were greeted hello, from the super friendly employee at the register. She happily pointed the way to the bathroom, and said goodbye to us as we left. The bathroom is easy to find. Just follow the gray path in the carpet. The bathroom was large, and clean, as expected, and no one demanded that we purchase anything. I despise a "customers only" sign. Body functions should not be regulated by anyone other than the owner of the body. I don't care if you're in school, or out and about. No one should be able to tell you that you can't pee (or other) when you feel like you're gonna burst. NO ONE. I like this place and will consider it again the next time I need a nice place to relieve myself like a dignified human.
