You know you are in good hands when the first thing your doc says is: You are free to go anywhere, just give them this prescription, but I highly recommend Dr Phillips up the road. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them and had me ready to go out the door in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacist took the time to explain how the medication tube worked and the best methods for application. When I notified them I was going to need something to submit to my HCSA for reimbursement, I was given a printout which the insurance accepted without any questions. The pharmacist also told me that if I ever needed to have my medicine delivered to save me a trip, to call them and they would take care of it.
