went to get my prescription and my sons prescription. the guy didn't tell me anything about either of them. Nothing about side effects, how many times to take it. Only thing was to keep my sons medicine at room temp. he was on his cell phone when I started asking questions on when I should take mine. When I should give my son his. And he just gave me Short answers and kept turning back to his cell phone. I dont know if I got all info for our meds. Do better. read more

Absolutely horrendous. Waited 20+ minutes not counting the time to just wait in line while they "helped" other people. l witnessed them *struggled* to enter in the DEA number on a prescription. "The DEA number is wrong, we need to call the office where you got it." During the next 10 minutes, they were told the DEA number was correct, but they just "couldn't find it." I WATCHED and HEARD them call the vet. I HEARD the vet tell them the number was right and everything was worked out. Finally, after struggling again, they had the balls to tell me it was somehow still wrong and that they were going to close for lunch.. what a waste of time and a waste of space. read more

Every time I go to this pharmacy it is at least a half hour wait. They need to hire more people, or change something. Today, there were 9 people ahead of me when I got there. I have never not had to wait. read more

Probably the worst customer service I have EVER seen. My husband called ahead to see if they had a certain prescription in stock. The pharmacist YELLED at my husband on the phone saying he could not do that and if he does that again he will never be allowed to come back. Mind you, we have done this several times with multiple pharmacies including this one over the course of the last 3 years and never have had an issue. After my husband was told that it was in stick he drove and they took his prescription, told him it would 20 min. After waiting 20 min he went up to the counter to grab his prescription. Well the employee told him they actually don't have it in stock. After waiting for 20 minutes and driving to this specific pharmacy. So about an hour of wasted time. I work customer service and I have never yelled at a customer like this man did. Please learn good customer service and how to control your emotions. read more

2 months ago it would have been 5 stars. I have shopped at this pharmacy inside Target in OREM Utah exclusively for about 4 years. For the last 2 months it has been such a circus, we are taking our business elsewhere. My wife had a new script called in by her doctor this morning, she has been calling all day to get an update because the app didn't update. I finally went in at 6:30 pm and waited in line for 20 minutes so they could tell me they could put it on the expedite list. They said it would be about 30 min. So I waited. After 45 I jumped back in line and waited behind (no joke, 15 people) for another 25ish. When I got to the front the nice young man said they tried to fill it, but we're out of stock. This has been happening on and off for 2 months. At least give me the info so that I don't waste my time. Really??? You didn't check that stock before I waited over an hour. So frustrating!! For 3 years the service has been fabulous and that loyalty was destroyed in 2 months. Thanks CVS. I think I will take my business to Walgreens. I get it. I am a sales rep. But my gosh, I have had enough. I can't do it anymore. Peace, I'm out. read more

Bad bad review to CVS pharmacy. CVS really sucks their employees and customer service. They do not have guard pharmacy that stays all night. If you have a prescription and it is an emergency forget it to go CVS they close at 8:00pm and their employees from Orem Utah are complainers and bad customer service. read more

DO NOT SEND your prescription to this location ! Inside targer in Orem .. lines are always super long ( 40 plus minutes wait time ) tried going twice and I just couldn't wait that long . Went the 3er day right as soon as they open . She told my prescription was on hold that I needed to talk to the guy at the drop off . Waited 15 minutes cause there was a line ... then he tells me that the prescription got put back cause it has been 10 days!! I said , the prescription was sent 2 days ago!!!!!! Ones they figured it out he said I had to wait another 15 minutes !! I would never be doing business with CVS. But I love Target ! read more

I had a great experience at the CVS pharmacy thanks to Melanie. I had an emergency where I needed insulin and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Everyone in the pharmacy was very pleasant and responsive! There was a long line to wait in for pick up and the employees moved that line quickly! I'm very impressed with this pharmacy and the employees there! read more

I've used the target pharmacy for many years and the experience has been OK for the most part. The employees are sometimes curt and impolite, the lines are long, and they close the pharmacy each day from 1:30 to 2:00 pm. read more
