I take back the nice thing I said about efficient Pharmacy service... 23 minutes (according to my check-in time) to drop-off a prescription, DROP OFF! with only ONE person in line before me, how can it possibly be this long and difficult to drop off a prescription? you have a fax machine's job! Went to pick up next day, I went early morning around 8am thinking not too many customers there so I can avoid lines. Not too many customers alright, not too many staff either, only 1 pharmacist running between filling prescriptions, answering phones, pick up counter and drive through window, no techs. She was helping the guy at the drive through window when I came in, that guy had to come inside the store due to something about his insurance, he wasn't too happy about that. During this time a line has started to form behind me and phones were just ringing off the hook. The poor woman... If you advertise as a 24 hour drugstore, shouldn't you be sufficiently staffed all 24 hours? read more

I transferred to this CVS recently from Target Pharmacy. I like that it's open 24 hours. More specifically they are very thorough and helpful. I feel like they are a better pharmacy team than other pharmacies I've been to and able to handle more complicated tasks. So far everyone has been friendly as well. read more

If you like long lines and wait times... then you're going to LOVE this place! I dropped off my prescription on a Friday and the clerk said that they don't have it in stock, so they will need to order it. She checked with the Pharmacist and informed me that the medicine would be ordered on Tuesday and would be available for pickup on Wednesday or Thursday. I asked the clerk to check with the pharmacist to ask how much it will cost since my insurance doesn't cover this medication. What a relief! It was only going to be $35 like the previous time. Wednesday came and went... no text message informing me that my Rx was ready for pickup. Thursday came and went... no text message informing me that my Rx was ready for pickup. Friday came and still nothing. So I called the pharmacy at 3pm while I was at work and the clerk said that my prescription came in, but they haven't had time to log in all the medications yet. He said it would be ready before 5pm so I stop by on my way home from work (5:30). I arrived at the drive through at 5:50 and saw a line of 3 cars waiting. I got into line behind the 3rd car and waited (I had seen how long the lines were inside when I dropped off my Rx and I wasn't about to go through that again). I decided to start the timer on my iPhone just to see how long it would take to reach the window. As it turns out... it only takes twenty (20) TWENTY minutes of waiting before you actually reach the drive through window (be sure your car has plenty of gasoline because you're going to burn several gallons just waiting in line). When I finally reached the window, I started to give my name, but the attendant said she'll be with me soon because she's now helping the car in the second lane who is dropping off her prescription. So I waited a little more.... Now the attendant was ready to help me... FINALLY... thank you! I told her my name and she brought the prescription to the window with at $75 bill. I told her that the cost should only be around $35 and that's what I was quoted when I dropped off the prescription. She checked with the pharmacist then came back saying that the discount which was applied last time couldn't be applied to this medication. After some debate back and forth, the attendant asked me to come inside so should she could help the cars behind me. Having waited in that line just minutes ago, I did not want to subject the motorists behind me to any further wait times, so I went inside. Guess what happened when I got inside? Yep! You guess right... I waited.... AGAIN. Now it's almost 6:30 and by this time I'm hot, sweaty, tired from working all day, tired from waiting in line for 20 minutes, thirsty, hungry, and getting cranky. After more hassle and checking prices back and forth, I just told them to screw it and I'll pay cash! At this point, I just needed to get out of there! This little trip to the pharmacy turned into a scene from "Groundhog Day" (I felt like I had been in that dirty, dingy, little store for days). So I paid and got out of there! On my way home, the phone "dinged" so I checked... and it was a text message from CVS letting me know that my prescription was ready for pickup. I thought to myself, "You've GOT to be kidding!" I was so furious at the incompetence and lack of concern by the staff that I asked for the District Manager's name so I could inform him how poorly this store is performing -- and I suggest that all of us on Yelp do the same! read more

If I could give this a "zero" star I would. I picked up an inhaler from here and it Did not work. When I went to return it or Exchange it I was told to talk with the pharmacist. The only one there was a Asain man with glasses. (I wish I saw his name). He told me "I cannot exchange your faulty inhaler because it would be my loss"... WTF!!! So they give outed a that do not work, them will not exchange them because it would be there loss. Enough said. Bad customer service and very disorganized. Not sure why this CVS is sooo bad considering the fact that they're right next to 2 hospitals! My doctor sent in 2 prescriptions in he morning, I received a notification that they were ready around noon. Came around 6, the guy Maher, said I didn't have any in the scripts in the system. Had to show him my CVS account and wait about 30 mins for them to fill it. This all happened while 2 employees were chit chatty about vacation and the line was super long. This used to be the best place to come for the pharmacy. Down the street from my home, quick and friendly staff. Now it is horrible. HOURS waiting for my prescription even though I call in 2 hours in advance for pickup. Not sure if it is a staffing issue, but they are a 24hour location across the street from major hospitals in the area... THEY NEED MORE STAFF!!! Poor workers always have lines of 4-5cars outside in the drive thru and about 10-12 people waiting in line while another few walk around the store while they continue to wait. Mind you, I go in knowing it will be more that a 30minute wait, and still end up waiting much longer. Being proactive and calling in advance does not help anymore. Location is convenient, but this place is always so busy! Parking can be a bit difficult at times as well. The pharmacy is especially busy during rush hour times. Some over the counter medications are a bit more expensive in the store than online with amazon (like Zyrtec). However, they have other great products. I especially love all the face washes (especially neutropenia) and OPI nail polish. read more

I don't go here very often, but if I need something late at night, this is my spot. The employees all seem like they don't want to be there. I've been here about a dozen times, and it's always the same. Not sure if they don't take care of them or what, but it's a bit depressing. Other than that, they usually have what I need, and a good selection. They also have a photo printing area where you can print your own photos from a dics or flashdrive, or if you're old-school like me they have big machines that develop your film pictures! haha read more

Danger Danger Will Rogers! This place stinks! I have been going here for several years and I found that there prices have gone up and there service has gone down. These yoyo's screwed up my prescriptions several times (failed to give the correct dosages and failed to communicate with both me and my doctors) These guys stink! I went down the street to transfer my prescriptions and my out of pocket went from $35 to $19 per refill and these guys were affiliated with my insurance company. My advice is for everyone to go elsewhere for their prescription refills. It is faster and cheeper elsewhere! If I could give them a negative star I would!!!!!!!!!! The people that work that are nice and very helpful I literally got asked by 4 diff workers if I needed no finding something or if there was anything they can do to help me. Worst 24hr CVS I've ever been too! We waited an hour for my brothers medication. My grandmother had to use to restroom and we kindly asked the cashier for the key. He said "restrooms are broken, Go to Taco Bell" My grandmother is 70 years old and couldn't wait so we went to Carl's right across from CVS. When we came back as we were still waiting for my brothers medication, another customer asked for the key and 2 ladies ( I believe one of them was a manager and the other one an employee) whispered to a pharmacist to tell customers that "restrooms are not working" and laughed since she saw one of the customers walked up to the restroom. Anyway, the "I believe was the manager", told the customer who as well asked kindly if he can use the restroom, and she responded, "we lost the key to the restroom, sorry"!!!! This got me very upset and furious! I saw 3 employees and a security guard use the restroom since it's right across the pharmacy!! If yelp had negative stars, I would be more than happy to give it to them!! This is so ridiculous! Took a pic of "manager/supervisor" and I really hope she gets in so much trouble for lying! There's a reason why their stars are so low they're the WORST CVS PHARMACY. I've been coming to this pharmacy for 2 years hoping that their workers in pharmacy section would change their attitudes but today we decided to switch over immediately. If you can pick up your medication anywhere else I would do so the way they treat their customers who don't speak English is distasteful and just how they treat their customers in general is horrible. One of the girls who first helped us out was so quick to dismiss us when we had questions and said the "head pharmacist" would answer those questions. Okay fine. In hopes the "head pharmacist" would help us with a better attitude and friendlier service we scooted out of the way to his section and he was no better. Their "head pharmacist" was extremely rude from the beginning giving us bad service as if we were dumb. I asked a question about a new insulin my mom is taking and he just flat out responded to us like we were toddlers simply because we didn't know how it worked and wanted to be safe and sure. He didn't even bother to make an effort to properly respond to us he was over it and just wanted us to leave. When my mom tried to explain something with her broken English and I listened to translate whatever she needed help clarifying he told her "DONT talk to me, talk to her I don't speak Spanish", in the most rude manner he could chalk up. He and everyone there came in with a bad attitude like every other day of the year. read more

My car was towed away from CVS parking lot, although I entered CVS. It costed me $200. I parked on CVS parking lot at 9am, and walked cross the street with my relatives to the hospital and came back after 15 min. I didn't look at my car, (it was parked not near the entrance), and entered CVS, looked for shaving machine. After that I went to Taco bell to eat something, which is on same plaza. When I came to where my car was parked at 11am, car was already towed. CVS personal told me that they didn't do it and advised to talk to security guard. Security guard told me that he saw that I crossed the street, and he didn't see me coming back in 1 hour (Really?? When I come back I need to report to security guard that I came back??) and that is why he called towing company and they towed the car. He told this was instruction from CVS to do so. It costed me $200. Very nice relation to customers. So beware, your car can be towed even if you are CVS customer. read more

If you're going to the pharmacy, be sure to set aside two hours for them to fill your prescription. And at least 30 minutes to stand in line waiting for someone to initially help you. Every time I go there, there are at least 8 people working in the pharmacy but only one or two of them are actually tending to the long line of customers. The others seem to stand in the back and chat with each other. I wish there were another CVS that was close by that takes my insurance but it seems that I'm stuck with this one. I get my Rx here and shop for other over the counter stuff. I take advantage of their CVS rewards too. There are good deals on some over the counter items and buy one get one on vitamins from time to time. The pharmacy takes their time but they are always busy. Their one hour photo can be shady. I came here 2 hours after the expected 1 hour turn around and the pics were not ready. Other times they have been on time. They can be a bit unorganized in that department. read more

Has to be one of the hands down worse pharmacies I've ever been to. First off, I called because I live 26 minutes and the pharmacy technician that cant pronounce vowels refused to do a stock check after taking down all my information, so I had to come in. Secondly, I've been using my discount for decades, but not at this CVS, she refused to help whatsoever. I am never coming here again--No wonder why they have such horrid reviews. I've always found what I was looking for here. Never had any problems and the workers are nice. One in particular was always chatty, which is awesome. Like any drugstore, the makeup is overpriced but everything else is great! There's always parking available and this CVS is in a very convenient location. You'll be asked to use the self check out by the cashier.(Doesn't make sense) she insisted on helping me use the self check out. I didn't want to because I was purchasing over the counter drugs which needed my ID. Self check out isn't the fastest. At drive-thru, I was told my prescriptions were sent to wrong CVS location. I asked pharmacy attendant/technician at the time to please transfer my prescription to this location, she gave me a blank look. And when I requested for prescription transfer again, she cut me off by sticking her face out from behind the computer, and gave me a look as if I was making ridiculous request, and she started telling me the address of the other CVS location, to which my prescriptions were sent to by mistake. So. I left for the other location to pick up my prescription, thinking that maybe my medications weren't transferable. I got to other location, and the technician at the other location kindly advised me, that my prescriptions are transferable and that they have gotten a lot of similar situations in the past -- that this location would not provide transferring service. I thought I got the complete prescription, came back to first CVS to complain to pharmacist. Pharmacist Janice Ko was nice and helpful, and aimed for problem solving. After she checked my record, she told me I was only given one out of the two prescriptions at the other CVS. She helped me fill the missing prescription. When I asked why the second prescription was put on hold, Janice told me the other location was "reluctant to give reason why the prescription was put on hold." Both locations have disappointed me. LOW quality of service. Few people providing good service does not cut it. read more
