When I came home today and noticed that my prescription was three short. I quickly called and they gave me an attitude, I went there and was treated like a lying piece of trash. They did not take responsibility for the mishap and now I am short my medication. It was more so the disrespect than the actual mistake. Again, we are all human and I know things happen but no need to treat each other poorly. I walked away feeling like I was nothing and looked down upon.

Yes, items like laundry detergent.... Weird. I have seen stores that keep expensive OTC drugs or expensive make up items under glass or plastic doors, but never seen detergents. I thought this was really odd and funny at the same time. The store itself is small, not as big as other ones in the Providence metro area, but they do have 2 self checkout counters in the front of the store.

Needless to say I have been to…read morealmost every pharmacy in the surrounding area more than once, because of certain circumstances, convenience, & the direction I was going. All in all, I prefer this place over others. It's 24 hours, they always have what I need, and majority of the time the employees there are really knowledgeable, informative, very nice, understanding (especially during these times in the pandemic), polite, respectful, and not judgemental. This is a popular pharmacy and I have learned what times are the best for shorter wait times; longest was about 45 minutes but there was like 20 people in the pharmacy line and it was during rush hour just before dinner time. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family. There was a few times over the years I have met rude employees but I only saw them once or twice and never saw them again. Over all, if you want a dependable pharmacy and don't mind waiting in line... this is a good pharmacy to go to.
