2 stars. This review is based solely on my interaction with the Operations Manager, Maria. Throughout my time in the store, she repeatedly followed me around as though she suspected me of shoplifting. Every time I looked up, there she was. I even moved to the opposite side of the store, and shortly after, she appeared there as well. Once I realized what was happening, I decided to head to the front and check out. I specifically chose not to use self-checkout because I wanted her to ring me up directly. I had a question about my purchase that I expected would have a simple explanation. Instead, she spoke in circles, and I genuinely could not follow what she was trying to say. After asking for clarification, she responded, "I've already told you three times. What would you like to do? Are you gonna buy something or not?" At that point, I paused and asked, "Are you okay?" because I believe in giving people grace. We all have difficult days, and I wanted to give her the opportunity to reset the interaction. She replied, "I'm fine. I just don't know what else to tell you. I don't know how the system works." And honestly, that would have been a perfectly acceptable answer from the start. There's nothing wrong with saying, "I don't know." The next step should simply be finding someone who does know. I hope management or corporate sees this and provides additional coaching. Customers should not feel followed or profiled while shopping, and they certainly should not be spoken to rudely when asking questions. If an employee doesn't know the answer, honesty and professionalism go a long way. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. Their system was laggy, being asked date of birth literally 6 times is ridiculous..I ended up writing it down and handing them my phone because I was so annoyed with the cashier not plugging it in correctly. At to be told the prescription wasn't there. Called my doctor and asked again if this was the correct pharmacy...yes it was. (my appointment was in the morning as well and I was picking up late afternoon) went back to the store to be told it wasn't there still. Left and went to a different store down the road. They told me a prescription is showing at the OTHER LOCATION!!! I said "can you cancel it for over there and fill it here? That team has no idea what they are doing." read more

This is my go to pharmacy. I looked at some of the other reviews and just don't share the sentiments. I've been able to get any prescription I wanted within the same day. They have a drive for prescriptions if you prefer not going in. The staff has always answered my questions or told me where to get it. With the construction going on. It can be a pain to get in. But that is temporary. I got a shot there and had to wait, so I watched them behind the pharmacy counter; they are incredibly busy. No one is slacking. Yes the store has other items, I normally go elsewhere to get it, but I know it's there if I want it. read more

Everyone in the pharmacy is great except Becky. The first time she helped me she kept pushing the monthly delivery program. I told her several times I did not want it but she kept pushing. This time I go and she refuses to scan my extra care card. I don't like giving out my name and birthdate aloud. This is why I use my extra care card. Next time I will request a different person and come back when she is not working. read more

Got a code and appointment for a Covid test, went to this place and they "cant find it" even providing confirmation email and text messages.

I booked an appointment to get a booster shot at CVS and it turned out to be the worst customer service experience ever. The pharmacist there acted like she did want to be at work and did everything she could to discourage me as a customer. They acted like I interfered with their coffee break. Why CVS asks the same questions that they ask on the website is a mystery to me. What's the use in inputting info on the website if they're going to ask you the exact same questions you've already provided on the website? The CVS system is slow and burdensome. The staff is rude and I think I've only met one that is extremely helpful at the Tegler location. I just cancelled my extra-care card and will spend my money elsewhere where I don't feel disrespected. I will never step into any CVS location again! read more

This is for specifically the CVS Pharmacy on corner of 146th and US 37. CVS generated $236 BILLION in sales last year as a company. How about spending $3.75 of that money on a SIGN that actually clearly tells you in ADVANCE (Before you pull up) that one lane is for drop offs only, and one lane is for pickups. If not, after waiting in line for 20 minutes your customer may pull into the drop-off lane since there is not indication that's what it is until you get to the box and there is a (not exaggerating) 4 inch by 6 inch post card with faded handwriting stating "drop off only" on a pillar between the lanes (not even indicating which lane its talking about). Then don't be surprised when you tell them they have to go back around and wait in line again, they get upset and never do business with you again. And perhaps a sign with your hours of operation on them that are accurate would help too. Apparently common sense 101 is not a pre-requisite needed to be a pharmacist. The best comment was when one pharmacists told me after waiting for the second time in line for (now wait time is about 40 minutes) "people pull up to that lane all the time to pick up and its drop off only and we have to tell them to go around" If its happening all the time.....spend $5 on an actual sign and fix it! HOW CAN WE TRUST YOU TO HANDLE PRESCRIPTIONS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH COMMON SENSE TO MAKE A SIGN THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN READ. You don't need a PharmD degree to realize maybe your hand written sticky note makes you look like a lemonade stand and the only thing its doing is making your customers mad. read more
