No please, no thank you, no smile, no how can I help you. He then left. Then I got up there. I said hi. Same treatment, no please, no kindness , no thank you etc. When I corrected the gal at the register with 'please'- she was like what? I said you can say please for my information. She said she didn't have to say please. She then turned to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said she was not obligated to say please and she can transfer my prescription to another store. I was in shock at the treatment I received. And the pharmacy manager was in the background and said zero. No other staff of the store was even on the floor to talk to. We were going to spend time with my family and wanted to make sure we were in the clear, and this location made it so easy. They have signs in the parking lot that show you were to pull up to (don't go inside!). The woman inside was able to talk to us while the window was closed, opened the window only to hand us the bags with the test, and then continued to walk us through it while the window was closed (they had an outdoor speaker). The test itself was easy, it was essentially a q-tip that you put in your nose. I heard that COVID tests were painful in the beginning, but these new ones aren't bad at all. We got our results about four days later (we were both negative - woo!). All in all, the experience was super fast and painless.
