Combined the two cost about $24k and I am medically dependent. That means I will pass if my medications are not taken as specified. They call my dr.'s for refills, they call me when they need to. A few times corporate sent me a questionaire about CVS. It let me do a video. That was before they got answering machines. But on that video I let them have it about NOT having answering machines, both times. That way the customer isn't on wait forever, they don't have to jump top answer the phone, everyone is happy. That is what I videoed to them. I also told them that I know if I stop shopping there the company wouldn't crumble, but I am a good customer with a big mouth. About a month after the second one, I called. It said I could leave a message, AHA! No please, no thank you, no smile, no how can I help you. He then left. Then I got up there. I said hi. Same treatment, no please, no kindness , no thank you etc. When I corrected the gal at the register with 'please'- she was like what? I said you can say please for my information. She said she didn't have to say please. She then turned to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said she was not obligated to say please and she can transfer my prescription to another store. I was in shock at the treatment I received. And the pharmacy manager was in the background and said zero. No other staff of the store was even on the floor to talk to. I hope they all get reprimanded and or fired. they deserve negative stars.

Walgreens is also a convenient place to grab a quick gift or greeting card for those last-minute gifts and they have a nice variety of food and snacks.
