    Clean, well lit, plenty of parking. They've been willing to do quite a bit of calling around to get my prescription straight.

For the past two days, I've been desperately trying to reach someone--anyone--about a prescription issue. I must have called 10+ times, and every single call goes straight to "please hold" with that endless loop of hold music. No one ever picks up. Not once. Not even to say they're busy or to give an estimated wait time. Just endless holding until I finally give up after 15-30 minutes each time. This isn't a one-off problem--it's clearly systemic understaffing or poor management. People rely on pharmacies for critical medications, and being unable to even speak to a pharmacist for basic questions or refills is unacceptable. It's frustrating, stressful, and frankly dangerous when you're dealing with health issues. I've had better luck getting through to other Walgreens locations or even competitors. Avoid this place if you need anything from the pharmacy. Go to CVS, HEB, or literally anywhere else nearby. 0/10, do not recommend.

    I have been using this store since moving to League City, mostly because its close to my home…read more I have had numerous problems with auto refills and when I complained about it I was handed some gibberish about how there's a business in Rhode Island that handles that but the pharmacy cant contact them due to HIPAA. This is beyond stupid because that company needs to have a business associates contact with CVS in order to process prescriptions. I recently tried to buy a covid test kit there. I decided to go online and order pickup. On my way there I received an email from CVS that my credit card had been charged. I figured i would sort it out when I got there. Pharmacies can directly bill Medicare, but in keeping with the sloppy customer experience they didn't enroll in the program. The guy behind the counter said I could send the receipt to Medicare. Sure Mr Mario Brothers look alike let me do your work for you. I said I didn't want the kit and to cancel the transaction. Mario then informed me he couldn't do that because the product was "covid-related". I plan to look into this "rule". I pointed out that the bag hadn't left the store and that it was still stapled shut. He wouldn't budge. He was uncooperative, rude and offensive, trying to make this all my fault. So I left the store without the product. I'll have to contest the charges with my credit card company or through the.BBB. I went across the street to Walgreens where they were happy to directly bill Medicare. Mario you fool, you just lost hundreds of dollars of business over a $26 purchase. I'm sure Walgreens will enjoy my patronage.

However, today a young pharmacy associate reduced my payment on my asthma prescription from $291.00 on Aetna medicare to 62.00 using a pharmacy discount card. A great way to start the year with considerate, caring and compassionate customer service. I will still have to meet my deductible out of pocket but other medications I am on will more than take care of that. HER INITIATIVE WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND HELPFUL TO MY FINANCES.

I placed an order today at the photo department and I had a young lady help me look at the order. I have noticed that the minute she clocked in to work she was miserable. She made zero eye contact with me. I asked her how did my order look like and I was ignored. When I handed her my receipt, she grabbed it and threw it on the floor inside a bag, it had my full name, phone number, email and personal info. I kindly asked her to hand me my receipt back because it contained PII, she was pissed, she grabbed it from the floor and placed it on the counter. Not a single word, no eye contact, no life. I have been to so many places, met many people never met someone that miserable. CVS need to do better. Hire people who care. That lady did not want to come to work. The time she was there was April 30th between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Management need to review cameras every day and see how their staff behaves. I would also ensure that any receipts or paperwork contains PII information of clients should be disposed off the right way.
