I never rose my voice once, threatened her or did anything illegal. The issue was that earlier in the day, my mother went in and was having an issue with Apple Pay where it said the transaction was declined even though money was taken from her balance. She tried again; same issue. My mother never swore at, yelled at, or got angry at her or any other employee. She just simply wanted a copy of the voided receipt but Christina threw it in the trash and treated her like she was trying to steal and threatened to call the police on her. I have this documented and will be escalating to corporate/customer relations/a district manager and social media as well.
