Dear Walgreens, you close the pharmacy doors on the weekend without notice, then you are not open for an hour every day when we need you open. The microphone in the store to talk with the cars waiting for you to open does not work. The poor employee has to deal with the unhappy customers through your total mismanagement. stay away from the Johnnie dodds store. Ridiculous. I actually called multiple times and sat on hold for 30 minutes plus. Finally got in car while on hold and drove there. Nobody on phone. No customers in line. Showed them my phone still on hold. They smiled and said " yes we know". They don't order your scripts. Don't care if your script is out. Try CVS or somewhere else. I have been with this Walgreens for years. All down hill in the last 6 months. read more

Went to get fly and Covid vaccines. The staff at the pharmacy was unfriendly and actually acted like they were doing us a big favor by being there! We went to this Walgreens across from Towne Center because we were scheduled for appoints at the Walgreens on Hwy 41&17 but when we arrived the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist didn't come in!! read more

While this store is much bigger than the one closer to the bridge it feels just run down. It needs a makeover inside for sure. I also tried to have pictures printed and they were not ready by the time i was told. When I showed up I stood at an empty desk for 3 minutes until someone walked over. They tried to print the pictures while I waited and the machine kept jamming. Yikes. Go to another location. read more

The pharmacy and store are extremely slow. Something that takes 5 minutes at another store takes 15-20 minutes here.

Terrible sales employee Visited this Walgreens at 1810 Hwy 17N on 8/14/22 around 2:15pm. The only "individual" (a male) at the register was asked a very simple (& relevant) question to which his response was very stern, cold & delivered with a disgustingly rude attitude. He could take a few lessons from the young man at store #15072 who is always kind, courteous and so welcoming. I will inform all of my colleagues & employees (who frequent this town often on business) to avoid patronizing this establishment as the many dollars they spend can be better spent at establishments more well deserving. It is unfortunate that management will probably not even respond nor even care...a loss for the Walgreens reputation. BTW, we left and made our purchases at CVS. read more

Just had the most unpleasant interaction with the older man at the register with glasses and a dark hair and dark beard. My boyfriend and I had scheduled rapid tests a week in advance but we drove through and the pharmacy appeared closed. We went inside to just confirm this and let them know that their site is allowing bookings still as a friendly heads up. The man at the front was short and rude- he huffed the pharmacys closed and when we let him know the online site was allowing appointments he said so it's closed. Understanding there's nothing that could be done I said thank you, have a good one and he just ignored me. So rude for absolutely no reason. I think I'll avoid this Walgreens from here on out. read more

I have discovered that Walgreen's do passport photo's and have templates for various countries worldwide. Great to know and very quick to have done. Also requires little skill by staff to get the job done right. All in all the process took about 15 minutes and $20.00. Perfect all round. So if in need to renew your passport this is the place to come. Friendly & helpful staff. read more

This place absolutely sucks. They are so rude and everyone in the pharmacy acts like you're an idiot. My sister had 5 teeth yanked out and the pharmacist said it would be 15 minutes to get her meds filled. So we pulled around and waited 20 minutes. Well we get to the window and the pharmacist WENT TO LUNCH and we were told it would be another 30 minutes!!! This place is awful. Don't come here. I'd give them no stars if it was an option. read more

Walgreens made a stock mistake for a whole section of batteries. They did not honor the price of the batteries that were there and the lady responded "we're trying our best." To the Walgreens lady, your only job is to stock the shelves, I'd suggest getting it right so you don't piss off any more customers. read more

Thank goodness for Walgreens Pharmacy when you're on an extended vacation and they are able to help you get your meds (because you're a goof and miscounted the number that you needed to bring with you!). :) The service was helpful and very friendly. I really appreciated the help! read more

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I absolutely would. I had to run into the store for a gift bag, that should take literally 3 minutes right? So it's 95 degrees outside and I have my 17 week old puppy with me, so I decide to bring him into the store really quickly for his safety. There was no sign on the door indicating that this would not be allowed, so I proceeded into the store. The gift bags were the second aisle from the door and I grabbed it and was waiting to check out since the cashier was no where to be found. And instead of checking me out so I could leave the store, the woman began to yell at me for having my puppy in the store. There was no sign nor more than 3 people in the store nor was he causing any issues. The woman refused to check me out as a result. I am honestly disgusted and frustrated by her actions and her inhumanity. I will never go to this store again. read more

I have been a customer of this store since I moved to the condo I live in now, 7 years. The staff is always friendly, go above and beyond. The are super helpful. This is the best Walgreens around, I like it much better than the other one up Hwy 17 at 41. read more
