This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Trying to reach someone by phone is nearly impossible because of the AI operator, and the wait times in person are so long that people actually leave the line before being helped. There appears to be only one pharmacist available to answer questions and administer vaccines, which slows everything down even more. The pharmacy also seemed extremely disorganized, with bins of medications scattered around. Despite receiving a text saying my prescription was ready, they couldn't even locate it when I arrived. Overall, there seems to be little consideration for customers' time. I'll be taking my prescriptions to Walmart pharmacy from now on. Never again. read more

Horrendous customer service. I like how a clerk comes up since someone is using the self check out and her coworker cares more about which store she is working at and talking about other locations rather than assisting a customer. Instead of allowing me to input my phone number or anything, the clerk scans my items and doesn't even greet me. She asks if I have any coupons and I say yes I have some extra care with my number, but she won't input my information. The clerk literally got argumentative with me and even flipped her screen around. When I politely reminded her I hadn't even put in my number, nor did I scan any IDs, she continued to argue with me and wasn't willing to work with me. If the self check out was available, I would've used that instead. I literally told her I'm walking away and spending my money elsewhere leaving the items on the counter. CVS has lost a customer for life. I have zero desire ever to walk into the store again. Just absolute horrendous customer service and this seems to have been a reoccurring issue not just this time, but for years. There are other pharmacies around and I don't have to use a self check out at those locations. Who argues with a customer when said customer isn't even given an opportunity to input their phone number? Just horrible management. Horrible customer service. For the last several years, this location has gone completely downhill. read more

The people that work here are Awesome. They really work hard for us. They really have a thankless job, the same as most people that work their butts off. They can't help the limitations that are given by the CVS equipment. When needed, I feel the interaction between myself and the Pharmacist is very helpful. The Internet says that CVS pharmacy is open until 9 PM. The pharmacy in CVS closes at eight. And the woman working the counter said it's called CVS pharmacy and the CVS pharmacy is the store and it closes at nine. Misleading. read more

I loathe CVS. I always try to avoid coming here, as the shelves are in constant chaos and half empty. They seem chronically understaffed and the staff that does show up seems beyond apathetic. Today was the last straw-I tried to use the automated check out..I put my phone number in FIVE times before it recognized my customer number. I scanned one item and tried to pay. It wouldn't accept a CVS generated coupon I had just printed out from the kiosk, and then would not accept my credit card (which works fine-I had just used it at another store.) I give up. read more

The pharmacy and the CVS website are terrible. The pharmacy has been out of stock of my prescription for over five weeks. Since it has to be renewed once a month, I will be missing my dosage. The lack of a diabetes drug, ozempic, is dangerous and an inability to fill the prescription for this long is not only unprofessional but negligent. It indicates an indifference to the health of their customers. The pharmacist promises to let me know is when it arrives, but I am still waiting. The web site is not much better. Logging on is a nightmare. Phone service is also terrible. I was disconnected while I was on hold, awaiting for a response. Until the pharmacy becomes better stocked and its employees show more professionalism, I recommend avoiding. read more

I have found that the staff here are friendly, considerate, and helpful. It's true they have certain drug shortages, just like everyone else right now. But the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help overcomes any industry difficulties. The service is personal and consistent. read more

Worst service ever! I had an appointment for my shot and when I show up I see a group of people being asked "which shot do you need", that coupled with the fact the guy I'm hoping isn't the manager was ignoring me and the ringing phone made me pretty upset but after about 5 min of waiting and being early for the appointment when I show them my card they tell me they accidentally overbooked and I would have to reschedule. Not only was his attitude completely shitty but he was getting mad at me for showing up because he knew that he just gave my dose away to one of the people in that group who didn't have an appointment. It's been a few days and I'm still in awe that someone could be that stupid and rude on top of it. read more

Tonight was my second time at this pharmacy since moving here and I will never come back. The pharmacist did not want to serve me because we got there 2 minutes before closing. He kept insisting it was 6 and they were closed, even though their window wasn't closed and my phone said 5:59. I tried to ignore him and give the tech my name, but he wouldn't drop it, continuously saying it was after 6 and he wasn't gonna fill anything or check my insurance. I decided to pay cash just so I wouldn't have to come back again. I've never been treated this way before. I am definitely moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Honestly one of the worst pharmacy's. The service is terrible. The people are rude. Would not recommend this cvs location at all.

They messed up my prescription twice then had me wait for ten minutes to get it right. So I waiting on the side. 30 minutes later it's still not ready then they asked me to go all the way to the back of the line which was so long it went all the way to the dog food isle. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If I could give it zero stars I would. I would rather be sick then deal with these rude pharmacists. DONT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Really poor experiences here. Inexperienced pharm techs, rude and careless personnel, and don't even know how to properly run insurance information. Was told 4 different prices for a medicine I needed, and the pharmacist wouldn't admit her staff messed up the pricing. Sad to see such a lack of commitment to professionalism and accuracy, especially when dealing with something as impactful as medicine. Go somewhere else to get your meds. read more

I was very disappointed with the poor service of the Pharmacy manager (Hagop) at the CVS in Moorpark (not the one in Target. The moment I handed him the prescription the first thing he said was "this is for the CVS in target why did you bring it here." I told him I went to the Target one and they were out and checked online and said you had it so they sent me here. His answer was "they always say that and keep sending everyone here because they don't want to do their job" He said this twice while we were talking. He also kept trying to find ways to not do his job and fill the prescription. Next question was "this Dr is in L.A. why are you bringing it here?" I told him "I live here but my dentist is in LA because I work there." He kept asking more irrelevant questions such as "why is a dentist giving you a strong painkiller" and on and on. In any case I found this "manager"'s behavior unprofessional and abrasive and am surprised CVS would hire such incompetent managers. The Target CVS by contrast has been excellent for the past 20 years that I've been using them. read more
