Most of the time when you visit a pharmacy, you leave with either frustration, disappointment, or a long wait. That was not the case today. Desiree, the pharmacist at CVS, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She showed true professionalism, kindness, and patience, making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. It's rare these days to find someone in this field who genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they feel supported. Desiree did exactly that, and I left the pharmacy not only satisfied but grateful. If I could give no stars I would.This CVS has someone of the worst disgusting pharmacist and pharmacy technicians I've ever come across. On 01/29/24 I tried to get some information on a patients file and not only did the pharmacy technician by the name Gio was not only rude but extremely out of pocket. I was in the midst of asking questions and he continued to get frustrated and not answer my questions. He continued to repeat the same thing, then proceeded to say "I've said it 10 times ma'am, what are you not understanding?". I was so thrown off by his arrogance that I hung up the phone. Today (01/22/24) I received a phone call from the pharmacist name of Dejana for information on another pet parent. She also had one of the worst attitudes I've encountered by a pharmacist. I understand we get busy and at times and it can be frustrating , but to snap at a Customer on is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's sad because it's not to far from my parents place and the location is super convenient. I will go out of my way to not deal with these people ever again. We have been coming here for years. Sanu, the manager, runs a tight ship. They recently did an overhaul on the entire inside. CVS is looking more like a boutique pharmacy. One complaint is that they offer COVID Testing at the drive thru. This is not good for someone who needs to get through the drive through quickly as all they are there for is a pick-up. The other issue is that it can get very busy and the wait can be pretty long. They have 2 self check-outs as well, but they don't always work. All in all, it is a drug store and they have always welcomed me upon entry and have never been out of a product that I am purchasing. read more

I was lucky enough to have Amanda help me, she was patient and very nice. Please remember to make an appointment. The retail of the store is amazing. The lady pharmacist is great and two out of the whole staff they have at this pharmacy are great at their job but the rest are nasty, uneducated and unhelpful. They do not do their jobs if it's more then the norm of handing you medicine and charging you. God forbid they have to actually do a bit more to help a customer. It should not take a patient 6 calls to resolve an issue, it should not take 30 minutes on hold just to not get an answer. The weekend staff clearly hate their job and it shows not only in their face but on how they treat people. It's sad the pharmacist gets the bad rep due to the staff. I started coming to this pharmacy in 2011 till 2014 and the staff was hands down the best. I can't say enough about how great this pharmacy is, the employees are so helpful, kind, generous. I had an issue at their Dykes location and the pharmacists here were able to help me prove that the dykes location had been lying to me. The wait time is long but considering how helpful the workers are it's worth it. read more

Every time I go in this store it's a staff who watches my every move and completely ignores everyone else shopping near me. I take my time comparing products whether it's medicine for a cold or haircare products. I've watched others get profiled by staff here as well. It's really sad and annoying as I just want to shop for items in peace! The last visit, I caught her looking at me and she looked away so when I got in line to check out I asked why was she watching me. She said so she could help me but she never came up and offered help at any point. Very uncomfortable and unsettling. read more

The store is great all of the staff are amazing and helpful however STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! They gave my 3yo son the wrong dosage on a medication!!! They also gave me the wrong prescription that was in my file I then tried to return the medication and then it got lost in their system for some reason and now my doctor has to send a new prescription. Also it is filthy behind the counter if you're standing in line please have a look for yourself!! All of the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists have horrible attitudes. This is the worst CVS I've ever dealt with, from the pharmacy tech to the pharmacy. I am an epileptic and receive 3 month supply of my medication 180 pills, but this pharmacy refused to give me my full prescription amount and gave me 120 pills. I visited this CVS minute clinic today. As always I received exceptional service from Nurse Lowe. I was diagnosed with the flu and given prescriptions to be filled by the pharmacy. I received my prescriptions but when I got home I realized that there were no instructions on the packages except the tamiflu. The other 2 had no instructions on frequency. I tried calling the pharmacy twice and was on hold for more than 10 mins each time. I feel so sick and weak and cannot get up to go back to the pharmacy. This pharmacy is the worst. They are dealing with sick individuals so why is it that they don't answer the phone? I will not be visiting this CVS any longer. read more

What can I say, its a CVS.... The pharmacy is fine, I have no issues with them. The only pickle I have with this CVS is that the cash out line is always backed up and takes forever to pay. Terrible experience! I walked in to the minute clinic sick. I was there by 6:55 PM (they claim that if you are at the clinic before 7:30 PM they will see you). There was one patient before me sitting waiting to be seen. The nurse came and took him and attended to him. Saw me sitting next to the other patient waiting to be seen. After sitting there for 35 minutes, one of the nurses comes out and tells me that they are closed. And started to recommend emergency rooms and hospitals nearby. I was so disappointed! I was in desperate need to be seen and was there before their closing. I was forced to go the hospital where eventually they prescribed a few over the counter medication. Something that the nurses in this minute clinic could've taken five minutes to have prescribed during my unpleasant visit. I will never be going back to CVS again. read more

I guess all negative reviews below just have bad luck... from the second I walked in, I was greeted by 3 different employees as I was making my way to the pharmacy in the back left of the store. As always, with organized and clean isles, it was easy to make my way to the pharmacy. 2 employees in the pharmacy were filling up prescriptions, and 2 working the front/drive-thru, if I'm not mistaken, and all acknowledged me (even though I look like a mess and dirty from yard work at home, they still smiled!). While all workers were fantastic, Christina stood out the most! She advised me about an EXTREMELY HELPFUL and UNEXPECTED discount which literally made my day, week and month!! While waiting only 15-20 minutes for my prescription to be filled, she began helping a customer at the drive-thru window and greeted every customer positively, and engaged with the customer by having fun small talk. (I'd imagine not ever person is feeling well if they are picking up medicine) She concluded the customers visit with complimentary water and some candy which sounded like the customer enjoyed. Overall, a truly fantastic experience, not just for me, but for every customer visiting CVS during my visit. GREAT JOB CVS TEAM ON MEMORIAL DAY !! read more

To say that I am extremely disappointed with the pharmacy here is a gross understatement. I've been filling prescriptions here for years and normally have no issues. The first time I had a problem with the pharmacy was when I was trying to refill my daughter's prescription for an antidepressant. Their failure to contact me regarding issues they were having filling the prescription due to restrictions from the provider, was extremely negligent. This caused a delay in my daughter receiving her medication. Had the problem just ended here I would have just allowed this one incident to slide. However it happened AGAIN with attempting to refill the same medication. I requested a refill via their automated text system and a week later didn't hear anything. I called and found out that the refill request was NEVER made to the provider. I was told that the request would be done at that time. I tell the technician that I am disappointed, alerted him of the previous issue and tell him to PLEASE notify me immediately if it happens again so that there is no delay in her receiving her medication this time. Almost another week passes and I still hear nothing. This time I go into the pharmacy to make an inquiry. I am told that the refill request was NEVER made AGAIN! I am livid at this point but do not express it. I ask that they please put in the request and am told that it is done, and that refill will be ready in a few days. Well a few days has passed again and I haven't received any notice of her prescription being available for pickup. My daughter who was diagnosed with severe depression and suicide ideation has now been off of her antidepressants for two weeks. The negligence and lack of urgency that this pharmacy has displayed with filling such an important prescription for a minor is not only appalling, but dangerous. If anything were to happen to my daughter as a result of her being without her medication for so long, I hope this pharmacy realizes that they are culpable. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen! read more
