Walgreens to the rescue! We switched our medication from another pharmacy to this one. We are very happy with the pharmacist and technicians. My only complaint is that they don't stay open the entire time the store is open. They take lunch and close the pharmacy. It would be nice if they had stacked hours because if you go on your lunch break to pick up your medicine, you will need to wait. read more

Came here super last minute to pick up something's on the way home. To start with the service was the greatest, the staff doesn't seem like they want to help or get bother by responding a question . Horrible customer service. I bought a happy birthday toy crown from a different location. The birthday girl didn't need it so I went to this location to return it. The woman named Lan or Lin said she couldn't do the return and I'd have to go to the store I purchased it at. I looked up the return policy and that was false. She said that since they didn't have that particular item she couldn't accept it. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. When I left I called corporate and they said that she was not the manager and that she should have been able to do the return. The fact she falsely said she was the manager and refused to refund me was ridiculous. Going to CVS from now on!! read more

Customer Service has gone down the drain at this specific store. I've been a customer of this Walgreens store since it opened. However, I've started noticing how staff members are no longer trained to support customers and care for the image they portray for themselves or their employer. I visited this store just two days ago and the lady at the register was "extremely busy" talking to a friend or family member on her personal phone and on speaker so everyone else could listen. After noticing and questioning why I was overcharged for an item clearly marked on both the shelve and Walgreens app, she proceeded with treating me with the most disrespectful attitude and mannerisms as I was interrupting her personal phone call. Not sure what is going on with this Walgreens but this is highly unusual and unacceptable. Hope this poor customer service doesn't become an acceptable practice at this particular store. read more

Passed by to grab a couple of last minute things. The entire time it felt pretty normal. Well, minus the fact that we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and we have a bunch of new safety protocols to adhere to. That said, they're following up nicely and there are plenty of supplies. Would have no problem going again. read more

The guy in the photo lab department is a nightmare!! so rude and unhelpful it's appalling!!!! do not trust him

I needed quite a few items that a gas station wasn't suffice for so this pharmacy came through. Chips, gummy bears, mascara, Advil, hand sanitizer, and printer paper...that was my shopping list. I ended up grabbing some shampoo and conditioner as I saw it was on sale. Sometimes, you have to have some visual reminders. While this isn't the ideal place to stock up on all sorts of goods-it did come in handy. The nail polish bin had some nice pastels on sale so I grabbed a light purple polish and walked over to the checkout lane. At first there was no one in sight but shortly afterwards an attendant opened up the lane. I was able to use some of my points towards a discount which was great. Luckily, the prices are great since I have my Walgreens card to I was able to grab everything I needed for a low cost. Definitely came in handy to bump into this Walgreens while in this area. read more

We like coming to this location. It's s bit of a drive for us but we don't mind. Clean, organized and staff is polite and helpful. Pharmacy department works well for us. Phone calls for refill pick up. App for auto refills, balance rewards card, etc. Even the app is very useful and I like using together with my Fitbit. I like browsing the aisles for last chance items. Great prices for quick sale. read more

Walgreens pharmacy, absolute fail. Wife had her wisdom teeth removed we show up to get her medication simple antibiotic and mouth rinse. They say they don't have it yet they'll call us when ready. I had to leave for work, so I figured I'd grab it later that day when they call on a break or the very next morning when they open. Never got a call. Show up when they are supposed to open at 9am and no one's there. Waited till 930 no one ever showed up. Even the cvs employees were scrambling to figure out what was happening. Drove to another pharmacy to get it filled. Waited another hour, late to work. Thanks Walgreens! read more

Don't use this pharmacy. I have had many problems with the pharmacists and helpers. Today I went in at 1:00 to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist was busy giving covid shots. The assistant behind the counter was doing drive thru testing. leaving no one to attend to prescriptions. I had to leave, as I didn't have the time to wait. If they are turning the store into a shot and testing center, close the pharmacy! Or hire people to staff it! read more

This was one of the few places opened after hurricane Irma passed, the manager and staff were patient and kind when the store could only accept cash and literally everyone was coming to this location for various goods. Even at closing time people were still allowed to shop last minute to get what they needed during an unfortunate time with the hurricane read more

Absolutely worst service ever. It took me 10 minutes to check out when there was only one person paying and one person in front of me. I was in a hurry and that did not seem to matter to anyone. They should have an express checkout line. read more

This Walgreens gets on my nerves like you would not believe. I work at a Walgreens and I know and understand the policies so when another Walgreens employee thinks that I'm an idiot customer and wants to scam me, you better believe I'm gonna write a bad review. I go there out of convenience because it is literally across the street from my house but never again. I got treated like crap for trying to exchange something by a very ignorant manager. Don't bother with this Walgreens if you're trying to get full price for a return or an exchange. read more

The photo service is the worst ever, I used to do all my printings there, but since they change staff is not costumer service oriented at all, always complaining, never know anything and don't help, I was waiting for two weeks for my printing, even the manager lie me about them, at the end they were in the store, they had a mess and couldn't find it, worst service ever! read more

Conveniently located right next to my office, the staff is always friendly and willing to help you in anything you need, one thing I love the most is that the store is always nice and clean. read more
