I went in to look around at some hydrate and eye care products. The sales people are helpful. I was given a free mini facial cleaning with based off my sensitive and rosecia skin. My face left with glow. I didn't purchase anything but I do have in mind what I'll need going back for soon. If you're into skin care, makeup and even perfumes then this is the one stop place. So many brands and options it can get overwhelming but the staff can guide you with your needs. They have products that are budget friendly and some more pricey. read more

The amount of employees working in the store compared to the speed of check out doesn't match. I go to this location often because it is close to my job and every single time I am waiting in line to check out for a crazy long time. I see so many employees in the floor but only 1, sometimes 2 people on register. Not to mention it feels like there's no sense of urgency from the employees on register. No need for them to rush customers out the door but there should be some balance. read more

Walking into Sephora feels like entering a candy store for beauty lovers! I enjoy browsing their wide variety of makeup and hair care products. The best time to shop is during their sales--though they don't happen very often. Products are on the pricey side, and while the selection is great, employee assistance tends to be hit or miss. The store is often crowded, especially on weekends, so it can be a bit overwhelming. Still, it's a fun place to explore if you're into beauty products. read more

I can now see why I order online ONLY lol. It's packed to the brim but that isn't the issue. We encountered this one sales woman who had ZERO manners. Literally pushed me out of the way without saying excuse me, nothing. Not once, but TWICE. But then encountered another worker there who had manners and was so kind. It's just super busy there and everyone's everywhere. I got my products so that wasn't an issue. Just please respect peoples spaces and use manners.. read more

It was my first time buying anything at Sephora. I was holiday shopping and have to say that it was a great experience. Amazing products ... but horrible customer service. They literally have no customer service skills whatsoever with the associates . I usually buy online and this time I wanted to smell some perfumes and everyone seemed so rude and disrespectful and it was totally uncalled for just because you asked a question . The people in the register looked annoyed of just being there . read more

This place is terrible to do makeup. They hardly have any products for the artist to use, didn't know how to apply lashes good. It was a waste of $60 in makeup & $24 in the lashes I had to buy. read more

I don't know what's going on with the store in pembroke gardens but, the employees in there look sloppy. There's a guy that works there wearing basketball shorts and sneakers, and some of the girls have rainbow hair, nose rings, and bad make up application. It's so different now than what Sephora used to be. It used to look and feel like professional make up artists worked there and that they knew about make up and about hair and other products as well. now they blast Spanish music and the quality of the store sucks. it's chaotic. I hate to write this but, the last few times I've been in there, I just leave empty handed. it's not a good look for them. read more

Manager Evena sucks ! Workers were nice, they refer me to her because of a problem from the cashier. She didn't help or fix my problem after waiting 20 minutes to see her. Just purchase something right in the store and wanted to do a different transaction and she didn't want to help. Had an issue with a certificate and she wanted me to call customer service. An hour wasted and she didn't care. Was cold and superficial. Ruin my Mother's Day weekend. She must not be a mother. Just a big Mofo! What a cold hearted jerk. Definitely not manager material. I shop there every week for my daughter and now I am banning this place ! read more

What a stunning and well stocked Sephora. They have a large assortment of products and I love that there is a section of up and coming items for us customers to see all of the industry's newest and hottest brands. This location has hard to find items like higher end perfumes and skin care including popular products that seem to sell out every where else. There are many products for both men and women from skincare to fragrances. Loved shopping here. I must also mention that they have top customer service as you are sure to be greeted at the door and in any section you find yourself interested in. read more

I decided to visit Sephora while I was in Pembroke Gardens. I love to see what new products they have and try on some old favorites. I actually was looking for a perfume that I am running out of. This perfume brand has 6 or 7 varieties. Of course, the one perfume I wanted I did not see. There was no display for that scent either. I asked an associate and she advised me they do not have the less popular scents in store due to space constraints. I ended up buying a smaller version of a difference perfume. At checkout, I was advised about their Clean by Sephora brand which only has non-toxic/non harmful ingredients in it. I was really intrigued but I wish someone would have mentioned this before checkout. It just seemed like an odd time to start educating me about this when they were about six people in line behind me and only one cashier. I do like the remodel of the store. It looks sleek and classy. read more

I just love Sephora! And I would be remiss if I didnt write this little tidbit. You dont have to be into make-up to stop in. I love the countless facial cleansers and skincare items they carry. She knew the products and what would work best on her face. It is very hard to find a person to match your color especially being a person of color. First and last time I will step foot in this store. I feel taken advantaged of. Employee's will sign you up for credit cards after telling you it's a debit card. One of my favorite stores to visit at the shops of pembroke! I must say though, I rather be left alone. I don't like the associates on stalker mode creeping up on me which has happened here in the past. I usually know what I want and like to browse the aisles for cool new stuff in my own peaceful comforting and anxiety free pace... I will seek assistance if I need it. Love the store, Love the products, love the location and love my VIB status. Shout out to Pilar, such a sweet heart and so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped my mother and I to get some great products that worked well for our skin needs. She got a little talk from her manager maybe, which I felt bad, but she genuinely was a great salesperson and knew a great deal about makeup and skin which I appreciated to understand my own skin and about sun penetration, so Pilar if you're reading this I will be putting on my SPF from now on! First time ever in this store. Looking to buy new makeup. I don't usually wear makeup. As I stood in front of one display at the front literally trying to figure out what was what, trying to compare shades. There are several associates around me all eagerly rushing to everyone that walks in the door. I was there for 15 minutes without one person asking if I needed help. I went to another section and same. Usually sales associates are very helpful. But I guess today wasn't the day. I didn't know I had to chase someone for help when no one else had that experience. Thanks for a horrible first experience guys. read more

Yes Sephora can be crazy pricey, but you get what you pay for! I love this location and the one in Aventura so much. If you want quality customer service, with makeup consultants who love the art of makeup, and live for the brands, then come to a Sephora. These two locations always has a happy and willing employee ready to give you the best advice on the products you need. I've bought some of my best products, and became loyal to brands I never heard before, after testing out the products they suggested. Sephora also has a badass loyalty card program. I received many goodies as a result. Their loyalty program is way better than Ulta's in my opinion. I say this because the points you collect every purchase made do not expire!! Which you wouldn't think is a big deal, until you come to a Sephora location (even if it's been months or years) give them your number and all of a sudden you're leaving the store with free face masks, lipsticks, mascaras, etc. Overall, not a place to come often if you are on a tight budget, but it's always fun to play with new makeup and treat yourself. read more

Yes, I admit, I am a Sephora junkie. The make up is amazing, prices are reasonable and the points! I'm a VIB for a reason. I admit I typically stick to online for the bonus free samples but once a month I make it a point to pop into this store for the makeup classes! I do enjoy being pampered and getting my makeup done here (free with a $50 purchase hint hint) but it's also good to know how to do it yourself! I usually schedule a Saturday morning class, they do it right before the store opens. You walk in and there are about 4-5 makeup artists who will help you set up the custom parts of your station. I went for contouring recently, so they asked me my preference on foundation & concealer, being a VIB I already knew my brands & shades. My friend didn't so she was given the test to find the right hue and based on skin type they recommended a brand. We then went to our stations which had the moisturizer, brushes & finishing spray. There is a master makeup artist that gives the class. He goes step by step and the other makeup artists are close by in case you need some help. He gave different suggestions based on if it is an every day look or glam. Everyone was so nice & friendly! You don't have to buy anything after the class but I'm sure you will find a new product you love! I had a basket & have been so happy with all my purchases. Also in the store you can get samples of different products, up to 3 in each area. this is how I found my favorite products and since I have allergies this makes it easier to test before I buy. Also if you buy something and you don't like it, they have an awesome return/refund policy to buy with ease! read more

This is the closest full-size Sephora I have nearest me. While it's very convenient, I can say I've been adequately helped here very few times. I came to buy a Nars foundation, and I had to pretty much hunt down an associate to help me and every time I'd ask someone, they'd claim they didn't know the brand. Long story short, eventually someone came to help. I went home, and when I put on the foundation near a window, it was way too light for me. I ended up having to come two additional times to exchange the foundation. When I finally got the correct shade, it was a brand representative who helped me., not a Sephora associate. I can say this location is convenient to purchase something in a hurry, but if you need help, go elsewhere. I personally don't recommend this location. read more

I like to come to Sephora to buy gifts for my girls who love makeup and perfume. It's a very popular store so I always like to see what they have to offer. However, I'm always disappointed in their lack of organization, spacing, and collection of certain products. This store has consistent traffic and even more so in the holiday season. I'm not sure if it's just the fact that they have so many products, but the spacing of their shelves and counters makes it so hard to walk around and get through. I've been coming to this Sephora for years and their men's section has shrunk in size. It's shoved all the way in the back and it barely has a corner to itself. It's hard to get all the way back there at first but you know it's the men's section because they are all huddled around there. For a place that lets you try their colognes and perfumes, you'd think they'd give you adequate space to smell them. All the scents get congealed into one space and it's not great. read more

The employees watch me like a hawk, like I'm a thief. It makes me very uncomfortable and then when I do need help, I have been met by snottiness and condescending attitudes from the young girls like they are better than everyone. This is whenever I go there, not just one instance. How do they afford so many useless employees? So many of them standing around doing nothing. It's like a bunch of mean girls. I'm old enough to be their mother. read more

Amazing customer service, everyone that approached me was extremely sweet and actually helpful! Their were so many sweet wonderful ladies that smiled and happily answered every question or concern I had. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. The workers judge you based on on your appearance. Walked in with gf and was completely ignored but the lady behind us dressed in "proper" attire was greeted kindly and handed a basket. I noticed that throughout our visit, nobody came up to us asking if we needed help. Everyone ignored us completely and helped everyone who looked proper. A lady asked if I wanted a basket and when I reached out, she said, "not for you, her" and handed it to the customer next to me. Just because I am dressed in my work clothes, doesn't mean I don't have money! Very unhappy and will not be coming back! read more

This Sephora is located in Pembroke Gardens. It is a store on the larger side and was neat and tidy. They carried some stuff that most the stores do not like Pat McGrath make up and La Mer skin care. My friend and I were warmly greeted when we entered and we were also asked if we needed help finding anything. My friend and I are pros LOL so we just went on our way to find what we needed. They had plenty of throwaway utensils to try the makeup as in disposable mascara wands and disposable lip gloss sticks. All of the sample products were neat and tidy. My friend and I also got three samples each I'm between perfume, skin care and lip care products. The employees were more than happy to give us the samples and also explain to us how to use them. The line was short and it only took us probably three minutes to checkout from start to finish. It's a lovely store and for all the above reasons I definitely recommend you check out the Sephora read more

I have come to this Sephora for years as it is in a convenient location (lots of other shops and food spots right next door) and close to my house. I've always come to buy colognes for myself, or maybe gifts for friends and family. However, the store is small and is PACKED with merchandise so I often feel cramped and dizzy from all the activity going on. There isn't much walking space with all the foot traffic the store has. Not only that, but being male, I really only go for myself when I need cologne, and the selection of cologne used to be MASSIVE. Over time it has shrunk to just a small piece of a wall, and only has staple, common colognes (no offense to YSL and Gucci guilty, you guys are great.) read more

This Sephora at Pembroke Gardens should be a kiosk that allows you to grab the products yourself without assistance from a sales associate. I've gone there several times over the past month with the same experience, no greeting (not even when you walk past the employees as they are deep into conversation) and not asked if I need help with something. This was to a point where I literally had to stop and ask "So who wants to ask me if I need help". I've been to many other Sephora stores with exceptionally customer service, attention to detail and professionalism. Not sure what has changed over the past few weeks but it is unacceptable. The employees are a reflection of their leadership and perhaps a refresher of the customer experience is needed. read more

Miriam was so kind. She paid attention to detail and really took her time finding my perfect shade.
