Bathroom and Body Works sells some of the best soaps and lotions and so much more. As I stepped into the store, I noticed it was so clean and well organized. The promotions were clearly displayed with beautiful signage. They welcome you to test the products from the samples next to the for sale merchandise. They even have a small sink to clean your hands between each item. They had a very nice seasonal display which is great as a small token to take give as a gift when getting together with friends and family. This was my first time coming to Bath & Body Works. This place was large and fully stocked with a vast selection of scented candles, body wash, body sprays, body lotion, hand soap, and much more for women, men, children, and even pets. I took some time sampling certain scents because I am particular with how I like to smell - nothing too strong, but lightly sweet & floral, and the scent must last long. The store was having a Buy 3, Get 3 and a Buy 2, Get 1 sale on the skin and body products. I recently signed up for their rewards and received a $10 off $30 purchase welcome offer so that will come in handy. I tried not to pick up too many items as a person can loose their mind and end up with more than intended. Once I was satisfied with my choices, I headed up to the checkout counter where I received friendly customer service. This store is an impressive scented candle store like a Yankee Candle on steroids. Candles positioned at every angle - floor to wall shelving and tables of candles representing every imaginable scent. An entire section of solely scented plug ins for every room of your home or office. They are advertising a Christmas section of pump hand soaps of varying scents 5 for $27.00 - good gift items. They also have a men's scented cologne display. The Pumpkin Apple foaming hand soap was my favorite item in the store for $7.95. Just a perfect store to grab an item as a gift or personal use if you are not allergic to scents. read more

I was breezing through the mall and a sale caught my eye. Of course I had to stop in and shop with my favorite selection of aromatherapies. Friday afternoon, not many customers were there, however, the ones that were, were all being attended to. I was in and out the store within five minutes! Bath & Body Works sells bath and shower gels, soap, perfume, candles, home fragrance, lotion, and antibacterial products. The company is under L brands along with Victoria's Secret. I have to have their PocketBac. I wear it on a lanyard around my neck at work and my students love it. They don't like the plain unscented kind the school provides. I give them a squirt of mine as an incentive and the aromatherapy districts them and calms them down. Bath & Body sells it 5 for $8 along with a variety of cute holders. I have also shopped this chain of stores many times for gifts during the holidays. If you aren't sure what to buy someone you can't go wrong with soap or a candle from this store. I like how you can layer the scents by buying the bath gels, perfume sprays, and lotions. Anytime I use their products someone is bound to say you smell good. This time I was lured into the store by their new summer scents. My favorites were the watermelon, coconut cabana, and pineapple. It's a hard pass on the bomb pop scented one. It's the first Bath & Body works I have had a strong aversion too. This store always have sales, This time it was buy three full sizes, get three free. Maximize your savings by signing up for their coupons and emails. They usually include a coupon for a free item. One other thing of note was the employees of this store were the hardest working I have ever come across in a Bath & Body Works. No less than 5 people asked if I wanted help. You will probably find me shopping here all by myself, but my wife loves shopping here. This store is located in Broward Mall. We normally only come here to shop at Macy's. But today we found ourselves walking toward the mall and started looking around. This Bath and Body Works looked a lot nicer than most of the other stores we had visited. The store is very bright so you can see everything clearly. All the items on the display looked neat and organized. It took a while for my wife and I to go through the entire store but we were able to find exactly what we were looking for with the help of the friendly and attentive store staff. At the check register, the cashier worked hard and got purchases quickly. This is probably our favorite Bath and Body Work store in the area. read more

I had a bad experience at Bath & Body Works in Broward Mall, Plantation. I selected four $4.95 shower gels from an email promotion I received. When I tried ot use my 20% off coupon that was sent to my app the store did not accept it with this promotion. The coupon online had no limitation or exclusion on it. I spoke to the manager and they have discretion but the manager refused to accept the coupon. I had to call Bath & Body Works and the person I spoke with created an online order for me and accepted the 20% coupon and waived shipping charges. I am not going into this store any more because they wasted my time and refused to accept my coupon that did not have the limitation on it that they contended it did. read more

So my last experience with bath and Body works was at the Davie and university dr location. This time we went to the west field mall, formally the Broward Mall. This experience was awesome, super helpful and extra friendly. Talia showed us around, I'm so happy that I went there after going to the Davie store. I may not have ever shopped there again after the Davie experience. I'm a guy, Walmart has lotions. It's the women in my life that like Bath and Body works. Clean store. Nice staff. And when it's on sale, cheap fragrant lotions, soaps and sprays. The issue I have with here and pretty much all locations is that the line takes forever! Especially when there is a sale. I don't know if it's the customers who are trying to get the best deal, which deep down I think is the case, or are the employees that slow? There have been multiple times where I've been in life and simply put my things away and left because the line never moved. I would also never buy a full priced item here since everything goes on sale at some point. Is great for gifts but man I don't know if waiting in that line is worth it. I was really happy with my experience at this Bath & Body Works. It is right by Macy's which is convenient. Employees were friendly and very eager to help. I was able to find what I was looking for and find some new scents along the way. I stopped by to pick up a few things for a teenage relative's birthday. A young lady by the name of Abby approached me and asked what I was looking for. She immediately picked out a couple of scents and I picked the set that I liked best. During check out she wrapped the gift in some pretty cellophane and tied it with a bow! This store is awesome. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They tried to give us candles to smell (since we were in there looking at candles) that were similiar to whatever scents we liked.
