This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. The entire place feels very disorganized, and the experience is consistently frustrating. Most of the employees are not pleasant, and customer service seems to be a low priority here. Every visit feels chaotic and unprofessional. Overall, this is one CVS location I always try to avoid. I've been here several times and I'm finally writing a review. The last two times I shopped here I had a very pleasant experience. Very friendly and patient staff. Tyreek was great and answered all our questions. I also like that they sell and trade the Co2 for the soda streams. The bathroom could use a makeover but overall the store is clean and has a little bit of everything. Although pricey, in a pinch you can find food, cleaning products, detergent, and even clothes. Hi The pharmacist on shift on 10/22/25 around 5:30 pm was not for helping customer but just to get prescription filled. This lady from 10/22/25 was the 100% opposite of Valeria. I do not have her name, but I have dealt with her before and some of the staff are dealing with picking up prescriptions. This pharmacist and the staff I have dealt with before are AWEFUL. A pharmacy technician at the CVS store at 11100 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida 33023 took my driver's license and never returned it to me while I was in the drive thru picking up medicine. The store will not show me the video of me going through the drive through. There is a lot of fraud and theft here in South Florida. I had to make an appointment at the DMV at Pembroke Road and University and pay $48.00 and wait outside in the hot heat to get a replacement license. CVS will not reimburse me for my driver's license fee. I should file a police report. I could sue. I have options. It is the principal of the matter. DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH THIS STORE. I don't know why I continue to bother using this pharmacy other than it's close. My doctor sent a prescription well before closing time. They claimed to not have received it. I had a UTI so I was dying to have the antibiotic. The next morning, they still claimed nothing was sent even though the doctor's office had confirmed it twice. And the staff is just rude. This CVS is near the corner of Pines Blvd and Hiatus Rd and is a hop and skip away from Pembroke Lakes Mall. This isn't my usual CVS pharmacy but had the soonest COVID testing appointment. They have the PCR Lab Test available which are good to use for most flights. Administered through the drive-thru (same line as medication pickup) you swab yourself and the test can be done in under five minutes. If you have an appointment time, I recommend going a bit early in case there is a line. The staff/pharmacy tech wasn't the friendliest which was the cherry on top of driving through an almost tropical storm. Other than that, everything was pretty quick- after you swab yourself, you put the collection in the bin right next to the window & results are texted to you in 1 to 2 days. read more

I came here to renew my passport photo with my daughter. We are having so much fun taking our passport photos. Troy is such a fun and happy person. He is VERY patient. I am very picky about my photo. It is really helpful because they have a system check where it lets you know if a photo is accepted by the passport agency with a green check mark. This makes a lot of sense because you don't want to take a photo, send it in and then have them send it back saying something is wrong with it. Daryl was also very helpful. They really enjoy what they do and are a pleasure to be around. I wish all CVS's had such nice employees. read more

Pharmacy- drive-thru review: I went in today to do a repeat Covid test. I intentionally drove past my closest CVS (Miramar and Dykes) to this location due to appt availability and hoped they would move faster than molasses (like Miramar and Dykes). I have insurance and made sure to upload my insurance card electronically, brought my physical insurance card, and was on my way. The lady at the drive thru really needs to temper her anger and frustration. She yelled at me "give me a MIN" when I was trying to ask her what was going on? I had Ben waiting forever (as the only car in the drive thru line) and she said there was a problem - w my appt. She didn't explain anything. I'm just watching her through the glass like...can I get details? So, I say do you need anything from me? Do you want my insurance card? Her- no. Do you want me to drive around since I'm holding up the line? (I'm watching the line backup). Her- no- don't worry about it. Then, she says she needs to get the NP. I'm like- ok what's the problem? Her- blank face . Ok. 'Cool'. So I'm just waiting- 20min at this point...and then, wait for it- she asks for my insurance.. me- - I just asked if you wanted that? She tells me it shows my insurance is rejected. I so wanted to scream. I told her that I was at cvs a week ago - and no problem. I'm just re-testing.. A Pharmacy should have the same sanitation standards as a doctor's office or hospital. What I witnessed this morning at the CVS located at 11100 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines FL, is appalling. The bathroom was disgusting. You'll see from the attached photos that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days, if not weeks. I probably will never shop at any CVS again. I called at 8a to ask for a refill. I thought refills were automatically done so I was just doing it just in case. The automated system said it would be ready when I needed it at 1p. I get there at 6:30p and they were still working on it. Their automated system asks you a bunch of questions before they are willing to transfer you to A LIFE PERSON, and then you're on hold uptown 40 minutes and then you hung up and try again!!!!! This pharmacy department is quite frustrating. I've had multiple issues in the past but this one really took the cake. They couldn't read what I felt was a pretty clear prescription for medication even after I gave them the name of the medication but yet they wouldn't take my word for it and we're too busy to call the doctors office so they returned the prescription to me and told me they couldn't help me. Mind you I received very explicit instructions from my doctor that I needed to take at least two doses of this medication today. It does not matter how long ago your prescription was sent , you ALWAYS have to wait about 30 minute to get your medication and most of the time there is a mistake on something , every time my doctor send me something I wish somebody could go for me . It's okay, I mean they have everything you need but I can't deal with the fact that picking up my prescriptions takes forever. From when I call on the phone to when I get there it's such a process. Mind you, they are helpful and nice and I've never had an issue with any employee no matter where in the store but I don't want to wait forever for something that should be quick and easy. Terrible service. I dropped off a prescription for my son and was told they will call when it's ready and never got a call back. I said ok I'll pick it up first thing in the morning before he goes to school. Guess what... it's not ready. I was told to wait 15 mins for it to be prepared. I mean at this point I don't have a choice but to wait also my son is running late for school. 5 minutes later the pharmacists tells me the prescription can't be filled because they don't have the medication in stock!!!! And nobody didn't even bother to call the day before to let me know. What a huge waste of my time! I'm not only running late for work my son late for school and it was all for NOTHING! I Shouldn't be surprised at this point with this place. Every time I need to pick up my prescription it's never ready. Although I get a text saying it is. So there is always a wait time.
