This is based on the drive thru and the staff that worked the window. Every time I picked up meds for my Dad everyone that waited on me was very nice. Hospice would order some meds here because they are open 24 hours a day. Makes it very convenient non times like this when I had to pick up well needed meds. If there was a problem that something was not there which happened only once one of the employees went above and beyond by tracking down the problem and calling me back within minutes of leaving with what the problem was. Re: online orders for pickup- DON'T do it!!! Online order and paid last evening for store pickup. Notified next morning that order was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and clerks could NOT find my order. Left without my order and because there is no way to cancel an order that is a failure by CVS systems I am Stuck with a bill, no product and no recourses available. This store is the worst when it comes to filling prescriptions. If they have issues with the prescription they don't call you and let you know you go to pick it up and it's not ready. And tell me why I need an ID before I can even drop off my controlled substance prescription? Nowhere in Florida law it is a require that it requires an ID before it's dispensed meaning pickup. It's bullshit when you have to drive an hour or two to a pharmacy to get a prescription and you get there and they say oh no you can't do it because you don't have this. I'm not trying to pick it up today. I'm not trying to pick it up early. I can't pick it up for 5 more days and that's fine. But now I can't even drop it off? But my doctor can send it in even though my license information isn't on it and you'll fill it. Just not if I bring in the physical form. CVS is truly the worst customer service Pharmacy you could possibly go. If you try to call them to find out if they have medicine, the automated response they gaslight you for a good 15 to 20 minutes. They will not answer their phone or your questions. You will be treated like cattle if you go to this place. If I could give them less than a star, I would. As Retired pharmacy people, I can honestly say they are the most unprofessional customer service phone service in the business. If you want to be gaslighted, go to CVS. read more

You do not even deserve a star . You had to recount some RX and said I would be called. It never happens. I stand I line to get what is ready and it has been sitting in your wait box. The cashier stated a pharmacist had to call the name for the waiting RX, are you kidding me. I have never used you pharmacy without an issue. Get it together people!!! read more

It is Saturday afternoon. My physician prescribed a med to address a heart condition. It was called in Thursday. Went by Saturday to pick it up. "We don't have it." I asked why it wasn't filled; I need it. "We don't have it in the store. If you want it that bad, you can to to Pensacola and maybe get it there." Ok, when will you get it in THIS store? "Maybe Monday. We sent you a message." I didn't get no fiking message, no email, no phone call, zilch! It is always this way. Something is always sideways with this place. They have one short lady who is very good. They have one VERY LARGE lady who is an IED between you and whatever service you want. My friend who accompanies me lost her composure and started swearing in German. ThIs place should definitely win for worse place in Milton to patronize. Always incredibly slow and they seem to thrive on making you wait. If there is ever a Worst of the Gulf Coast contest, this place will definitely be at the Winner! Every time I have to go to the pharmacy, they manage to ruin my day. If you value your time and health, I would suggest going elsewhere for your needs. The only redeeming factor are the employees in the front of the store. Five stars for the people in the pharmacy...I got to know them quite well over the three years of caretaking for my mother. One star for the rest of the dour employees who are either behind a counter or invisible. It must be something about working in a drugstore that makes people bitter, because Walgreen's employees are pretty lackadaisical about their jobs too. If you drink wine, you should pop in every week, because I've bought some pretty good bottles for $2.99 per. Same with Walgreen's. read more

5 stars for the pharmacy, but only 1 star for the rest of the store, so I'm giving the entire place an average of 2 stars. The pharmacy people are awesome, they are extremely helpful and kind. Wish I could say the same for the other store employees (whom are rude and unhelpful, managers included). And the parking lot is a nightmare; it's very poorly designed, and just an accident waiting to happen (I'm sure they've probably had several already). My suggestion, visit the CVS in Pace instead of this one in Milton. All of the employees at the Pace CVS are great, and you're less likely to be involved in an automobile accident when you visit the Pace store. read more

I just use the pharmacy drive in. This place doesn't cut the mustard. Always slow. Went once for pain meds while in pain and they would rush the order at all. Just use Walgreens across the street and you will be better off. read more

Some prissy little pharmacist likes to get off on giving little old ladies a hard time and instead of doing her f****** job and doing a refund she decided to make a little old cry. I will never use this cvs again and neither will my family. I strongly suggest this store reevaluate there staff. Next time my grandmother is treated like that we will go as far as we need to and make sure someone loses there job. There is no excuse that a little old lady should be belittled until they cry. This place doesn't deserve one star, they are ridiculously busy all the time, you'd think they'd hire even more folks than they have in there since apparently each person is only allowed to do one specific job! BS!!! Wait over 2-3 hours for Rxs when there's folks back there not busy at all but yet they can't help you. What sucks even more is the fact they don't usually even acknowledge you standing there looking at them so u can ask a question, probably on purpose too, so they can just completely avoid telling you that they can't help you! So glad I finally found a new place since I was limited once Walgreens stop taking my insurance! read more

Horrible wouldn't fill prescriptions while I was there had to come back and pick up. When I came back to pick up they made me go to insurance counter than back in line then the run around again. I will not be using this pharmacy again read more
