This isn't a one off event, they did the same thing to me after a full lumbar fusion with 12 pedicle screws, two rods and 6 bone grafts. Zero compassion for those individuals suffering in their community. I said I dont want to stop ..she stood in front of me and my family and pointed to me to hand the receipt to the worker as I stated again I dont want to stop.
