If I could leave negative stars I certainly would. My wife just had serious oral maxillio facial surgery, the provider called it post operative pain medication at 11 AM and it's 3:39 PM and they still haven't filled the prescription. I asked the provider to call StallGreens to ask if they would expedite the prescription, they emphatically refused. I've lived here since 1975 and this business is by far the worst operation in the area. This isn't a one off event, they did the same thing to me after a full lumbar fusion with 12 pedicle screws, two rods and 6 bone grafts. Zero compassion for those individuals suffering in their community. Reprehensible behavior and practices, and I will never spend another penny with the company ever, and I would encourage everyone to boycott them for failure to meet a standard of care for post operative surgiCal patients. DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED AT THIS WALGREENS IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE!! Ive had three different women claim to be the pharmacy manager over the phone trying to tell me mistakes they regularly make "aren't the stores fault, its Walgreens policy". Yet when I call into Corporate customer service to ask about these "policies" Im told that no such "policy" is in place with Walgreens and it sounds more like the Milton Walgreens has poorly trained staff. The lady named Kim, who is one of the women claiming to be the pharmacy manager, told me today that Walgreens isnt able to accept Power of Attorney's or court approved Guardianship paperwork (documents that allow an individual to handle medical and/or financial needs for another individual) because "well anyone can get online these days and make whatever document they want, so we just cant take those. That's why we need the Walgreens privacy document signed and approved, which can take weeks to get approved." When I asked this Kim lady why she felt that a legally approved document that allowed me to aid in the medical care of my Autistic young adult child and my elderly cousin with Dementia wasnt acceptable to Walgreens pharmacy but a privacy statement was, she told me that "it was store policy". So because I keep signing their privacy documents on behalf of my family members, which Im legally allowed to do, the Milton Walgreens "pharmacy managers" wont allow me to have prescription medication delivered to our home, and instead keep canceling my order HOURS after I paid for the delivery of the medication(s) all because "Well, you are all individual people and you're all over 18 years, so we need each individual to have their own account and have their individual prescriptions delivered. Its Walgreens policy." So I just keep call Walgreens Corporate Customer Service, who keeps telling me that my legal documents are fine, the Milton store should NOT be charging me three delivery fees (for thee seperate delivery drivers) to have a families prescription medication delivered to the same address, AND it sounds like the staff at the Milton Walgreens pharmacy are very poorly trained. Recently I even had a very sweet, chatty Walgreens customer service agent tell me that Walgreens Leadership has recieved a great deal of complaints about this pharmacy and there are notes in the system that Walgreens Leadership is about to step in. I truly hope that is true and that Wagreens Leadership will take the necassary steps to get properly trained personnel in place before one of this stores made up policies ends up hurting someone!! read more

I had to have a Rx for a Libre 3 sensor transferred here while I was on vacation. My husband asked if they had any in stock when he went to pick up something. They said yes. Long, long story short, I never got a the sensors from them in the remaining 3 weeks I was there. And they were rude. My Walmart pharmacist told me when I got home that there were directions for use (literally, - USE AS DIRECTED) but the pharmacist there didn't read the Rx right!! . I only gave them one star because it wouldn't post without one. would've given them minus 5 stars!!!!! read more

My daughter who is less than 2 years old was in the backseat with a fever. My girlfriend was driving trying to get some medicine for her fever. The pharmacy and employees were not helpful. They kept telling her to fill out a form all the while my daughter is screaming, sick, and in pain. Will not be using this location or possibly any other Walmarts nearby. You can actually find some decent deals in here, if you look around a bit. Don't be fooled by the brightly-colored tags and signs, though...$1.75 cans of Campbell's Chunky soups are only a deal at Walgreens' normal price. You can save 17% by buying a can at Walmart at the regular price. The staff is friendly, all two of them. I swear, I don't know how they stock the store and prevent shoplifting and front the shelves, because contemporary drugstores are run by the skin of the toofs. Try finding somebody that works in one of these places actually in an aisle...if you do that and succeed, you're lucky, because they intentionally understaff their stores to save money. That said, I'm indifferent to CVS or Walgreens. Whichever one is on my side of the road, that's the one that I pull in to. CVS has some retarded rewards program...I supposedly get magnificent savings, but only if I get a feckin' PhD in Program Rewards. You feel me, Wal[mart]Greens? Ugh, every time I come to a place filled with heat and humidity - hello Florida - I suffer from heat rash. Miserable. Itchy. Luckily, I stopped by here and asked to speak with the pharmacist and she recommended the strongest anti-itch cream and the highest SPF sun screen possible. If you want to get a prescription filled, don't go to the Walgreens in Milton. Of the many times I have tried to get a prescription filled it has been "Oh, we don't have that right now. We just ordered it. It will be in tomorrow." or "Well they have it in Pace, or you can wait 5 days until we order it". Of the worst managed pharmacies, this is it. read more

Manager is awful. I worked there briefly and was threatened weekly with having my hours cut, smiling, termination, they did not like my voice on the intercom. I eventually quit. I was not the only employee they treated like this. As a customer, you're lucky, as a person looking for a job, skip this place. read more
