    First and last time at this CVS pharmacy location! I came here in search of the Valentine's Day Hello Kitty greeter, which was supposed to be here, per their website. Checked the business hours the night prior to coming here in search of the item. Per the CVS location on the CVS website, they were supposed to be opened at 8:00 AM. I came here around 8:30 AM to find the doors locked and MULTIPLE other customers and pharmacy workers locked out of the store, waiting for the store to open! I walked up to the store to check if maybe they had different hours posted and nope! There was another customer waiting at the front door and she said she was also waiting for them to open. She also knew that they were supposed to be opened at 8:00 AM. She said she was currently writing an online review for this location and she had been waiting there since 8:00 AM just to pick up a prescription. I went back to the car and all of the sudden, a lady parked a few stalls away, got out of her car, and had keys to the store. She went up to the door and opened up the store! Yes, this was 30 minutes after opening! So, the manager of this store thinks it's acceptable to show up 30 minutes late to work?!?!?! Talk about being in your own bubble world, your own little time zone.....good grief! If I did this at work, I'd be written up at the minimum! Got inside of the store and did not find the item I was looking for. I had originally planned to be here at 8:00 AM. Glad I didn't do that, because it would have been a complete waste of my time! ZERO STARS for the management of this store thinking it's acceptable to keep customers and pharmacy workers waiting for 30 minutes to access the store! ZERO STARS for their online inventory system spreading lies claiming that they have an item that they in fact, did not have in stock! Here it is, 12 hours later, and their site still claims that the item is in stock! LIES!

    They're always closed, the pharmacy techs move extremely slow, and they don't honor the coupons he hand out.

    Pharmacy hours are wrong on Apple Maps but they are correct on CVS pharmacy app. They close at 7 PM on weekdays.

    This review is really for Lewis. What a gem on Christmas Day!!!! This location was open bc it's 24…read morehours and it was so busy. Lewis would have never let it show.     I'm going to do my best to make a long story short so bear with me. My dog requires daily…read moremedication I usually take his prescription to CVS with no issues, I was told they didn't have any in stock there or anywhere else, ok I'll try Walgreens. I drop the prescription off at Walgreens on Monday, here we are Thursday and I have called every day only to get the run around, on minute they are telling me it will be ready in 30 mins, then when I called an hour later they tell me oh no you talked to the call center they don't know anything let me look into this, she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have my dogs prescription on file and has no record of all my calls. Whatever I can get past that, so I just want to move forward, they tell me they only have half the prescription, that's fine I'll take it. I finally get the text I have been waiting for my prescription is ready! Woohoo off to the pharmacy I go. I get there only to be met with a bill for $115 for half a prescription, with CVS I get a full prescription for $37, you do the math, that's a pretty big difference pay more money for half the prescription!!!! What the heck. So I ask what is going on? The lady tells me there is a national shortage of the dose my dogs needs. I can get it in a different dose, but the vet needs to call it in, vet office is closed today. I sure wish someone would've communicated this sooner so this was all resolved a week ago!! I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from this Walgreens.

    My recent experience at Walmart Auto Center was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable…read more Their lack of organization, unclear processes, lack of professionalism and insufficient staff training made what should have been a straightforward visit an absolute nightmare. To top it off I discovered something stolen out of my front seat. I came in today for an easy tire rotation and because my car had a low oil level, which is an urgent matter. Despite waiting four hours (from 3 PM to 6:55 PM), the tech handed back my keys and told me they did nothing to my vehicle. Not even the oil issue was addressed. If I have any problems with my vehicle due to this negligence, I'll be calling management directly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable. They claim they couldn't rotate my tires because it was missing the lug nut, which is in the trunk which comes standard with all vehicle. They could've also called me when they allegedly checked in the car at 5:21pm. Rather than wait till 6:55 PM to say they couldn't find the part or didn't have it which again was in my trunk with the spare tire. The chaos started as soon as I arrived. When I first walked inside, I was told to wait outside in the tire line. After waiting 45 minutes without assistance, I went back inside to ask for help. The front desk associate yelled at another employee, who finally came over with a bad attitude to check me in. I was then told to move to another waiting area. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and I was being passed around aimlessly. By the end of the day, I had wasted 4 hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I blame Walmart for not properly training their staff, not having clear processes in place, and failing to provide basic communication. This was an urgent visit, and their lack of care and attention is unacceptable. To top it all off I later discovered an item missing that I KNOW was in the cup holder and disappeared right after that visit. A bunch of thieves, to top it all off! This will be my last visit to Walmart Auto Center. I'll be taking my business to companies like Discount Tire, where customer service, clear communication and professionalism, actually matter.

    They stole my money!…read more Yes, that's right, Walmart stole my money! You should avoid this Walmart at all costs. The store manager is a crook! On Sun, 10/5 I shopped at the store and purchased $270.05 of groceries through a human cashier. When it came time to pay, I used the Walmart Pay on the Walmart mobile app by scanning the QR code on the payment terminal and paying through the app. My app then showed paid and provided me with both an electronic receipt. However, the cashier told me that her register was still saying that I hadn't paid. I showed her the electronic receipt on the Walmart mobile app but she said that wasn't sufficient since her register was still saying I hadn't paid. I was on a time schedule so I said okay I'll use a credit card and pay again, then I'll call Walmart customer service later and get a refund for the double payment. When I inserted my credit card into the payment terminal she said her screen showed an error because the amount due was $0.00. I asked her to call the store manager so this can be resolved and I can be on my way. She called on her radio and the store manager said to cancel the order and rescan everything. When she tried to cancel the order it wouldn't let her. At this time I said I've got to go and I was leaving but was told I couldn't do that because I hadn't paid for my groceries. I said okay forget it, I'm just going to leave these groceries with you guys because I need to get going. Later that day I contacted Walmart customer service online and told my story and the rep was very apologetic but as of today I still haven't received a refund nor any apology from the store manager.
