This makes no sense. First of all if my doctor calls it in that means he wants me to start taking it that day and if i call in a refill that means I am fixing to be out of my pills and I need them. They need to start doing in house again because this outsource crap sucks!!!!!!!! i do not like it and probably getting close to changing pharmacies. We went to the Primo Water Filter station to fill up her water jugs and did not realize how inexpensive it is, only 29¢ a gallon! No wonder she has a water station at her house! It is a great deal! Of course, the produce selection is always amazing and fresh at Walmart. Walmart has never disappointed me in their grocery department, as well as other areas in the store. The staff are on top of everything and willing to assist you with anything and everything you need in the store. I was disappointed that there was no greeter in the front of the store to greet us as we walked into the store. Since that is what Walmart is known for, I was expecting to be greeted by someone when I walked into the store, but no such luck. It is not a big deal to me, but something the management should look into going forward. Other than that, this Walmart is wonderful for Macclenny, FL and the residents are lucky to have this store in town.

When I call this pharmacy, they actually pick up the phone. Only once have I been rerouted to the huge call centre only to speak with a usually incompetent person. The pharmacists here are really nice and they have gone out of their way to help me get prescriptions. I just haven't been use to that. When going using the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, everyone I've come in contact with has been smiling, friendly, and helpful. Because of the Walgreens on the Westside, I have switched the majority of my prescriptions to Publix. I've left a few of them here because they have been so wonderful at this particular Walgreens. This is my neighborhood Walgreens, and I frequent it often. I have had mixed experiences with this…read morelocation. The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

While looking the register girl walks up and stays "fuckers" clear as day. Definitely caught me by suprise but they are young so I just brushed it off... Well got the medicine and headed to register. Another gentleman walks up... still no register chick... so I walk down front part of aisles till I see them (chatting together) and ask "can we get some help at the register please" and walk back to register. While walking back guy says wild we're just trying to check out. And I said. Right... maybe everything is free... At this point the register girl walks around end of aisle and says "excuse me" I responded. Its alittle ridiculous someone is needed to be found to check out. Her response. Yea we have work to do... Pretty positive Walgreens isnt paying you for your gossip hour. Nor for you to be speaking like that in front of customers.
