This is my neighborhood Walgreens, and I frequent it often. I have had mixed experiences with this location. The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience. read more

This rating is solely for my visit i just had this evening 8.31.26... 2 young girls working. 1 ficing shelf other on register. While at back corner looking at kids meds was the other girl. While looking the register girl walks up and stays "fuckers" clear as day. Definitely caught me by suprise but they are young so I just brushed it off... Well got the medicine and headed to register. To stand. Another gentleman walks up... still no register chick... so I walk down front part of aisles till I see them (chatting together) and ask "can we get some help at the register please" and walk back to register. While walking back guy says wild we're just trying to check out. And I said. Right... maybe everything is free... At this point the register girl walks around end of aisle and says "excuse me" I responded. Its alittle ridiculous someone is needed to be found to check out. Her response. Yea we have work to do... Pretty positive Walgreens isnt paying you for your gossip hour. Nor for you to be speaking like that in front of customers. the worst Pharmacy in World Golf Village. This place is gone to the dogs. You're on the phone for over 30 minutes before people answer it and when they answer it, they put you on hold again. It's ridiculous. They're unprofessional untrained and it's disgusting. read more

Paid for all 10 of my prescriptions with same day delivery. Paid 6 dollars for that plus a 4 dollar tip. Only 5 showed up. After 45 minute wait on hold went to store stood in line for 30 more mins to be told I can't have the prescriptions I paid for because they voided them because I didn't pay for them. Yet I showed them the app and the charge on my bank showing I paid for all 10. So I got half the prescriptions I paid for and the kid behind the counter said he will have to look into it and call me... claims their system shows not paid that's why he voided them out. Yet in the app all 10 show paid for and delivered already. Called 800walgreens number and they said that they can't help you have to deal with local pharmacy. Thanks for holding my blood pressure pills I severely need that I paid for already and proved to you I did. Also why void and not call and let me know, why void half the prescriptions and mark them as delivered... glad I paid 10 bucks with a tip to get them delivered same day for you to screw me out of half my meds I already paid for. read more

Hubby bought a $500 gift card when he got home he tried to activated and was told no money was on the card. He went back to walgreens talked to the manager and was told this happens all the time she walked him to the gift card isle and found more fake fraudulent cards. She told me husband he had to take it up with vanilla visa card but walgreens is the one who is selling these cards and needs to standby their product My husband is going back tomorrow to the store and has contacted the police fraud division and will be dealing with them tomorrow read more

I have never encountered a more rude pharmacy associate in my life. She literally rolled her eyes at me and turned the sound down so she could talk about me to her co worker. She had the nerve to ask me if I had been out of town , when I had 1 more day to pick up. None of her damn business anyway. Woman with long black hair, I unfortunately couldn't see her name, she is rude and unprofessional. I will be calling the pharmacist to issue a complaint read more

I don't understand the mentality of people who choose to work in customer service and then decide to be as rude as possible to customers. I was asked for my "bin#" over the phone, but I wasn't sure I heard correctly, so I responded, "I'm sorry, did you say, 'pin#'?" and this woman was so rude that it actually startled me - huffing and puffing and complaining about how she can't help me if I can't help her. Earlier in the day, when I asked about whether they had a certain medication in stock, the young woman at that time was also shockingly rude. Both of the women in the pharmacy are savagely hostile and rude. They should quit and work someplace where they don't interact with anyone. read more

I've never had any issues at this Walgreens. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Pharmacy always has medications ready in a timely matter and Pharmacist is always informative. read more

If I could give a 0 I would but I can't. It's the worst Walgreens around WGV area. I always call first to make sure my prescription is ready the day before. I come the following day and guess what, it's not ready. I alway have to wait 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. This has happened multiple times. I will be changing pharmacy. I would NOT recommend this place to get prescription. read more

I made a calendar order- I went to pick it up and was told that I didn't have one. I showed the m the order email confirmation and they still denied that I had an order ready. They called me the next day and said they made a mistake and they found it. I went the next day and waited in line - there was two people ahead of me. The blond haired woman was working on the computer and did not acknowledge me- she looked at me a few times. The gentleman was waiting on the person ahead. Another staff member was in the photo area and not waiting on people and he did not wait on me either. I finally just walked out of line and left. No one acknowledged me- stopped and waited on me - and apologized for the wait. The blond woman was on a computer and did not stop what she was doing to wait on us. When I worked in customer service we always to stop everything and wait or at least acknowledge the customer. read more

This Wallgreens is the closest location but I have had numerous issues here mainly with employees and with my Medical Ins. Card and the OTC items here that I have purchased since April 2019!! I have been buying the same items for years and suddenly at the register now they say the item is not ringing up OTC when it clearly continues to state OTC on the Yellow Label Sign and the item has rang up OTC for the past 2 years. This action has become serious and causes issues at the counter and makes other customers have to wait longer than they should. Walgreens, OTC, and United Healthcare Ins. Co. are Mis-Representing this Advantage Plan Benefit to Policy Holders. From one day to the next we never know what products that Walgreens has removed! I have not tried CVS...this Program works there also so I would suggest that those on this program start using CVS and see if the same issues occur. If they do not, stop going to Walgreens. If CVS has issues too...File Complaints with your Insurance Company, CVS Corporate, and with Walgreens Corporate Headquarters. Either the Program works Right or GET RID OF IT! Walgreens tries to say it depends on the Ins. Co. you are with BUT...that is NOT true at all since I was able to buy the same items since 2019 and even into 2020 and now mid term into 2021 the items suddenly do not qualify!? This is a TERRIBLE SYSTEM! This Program needs to be REMOVED if Walgreens and UHC cannot find a remedy to not continue to Mis-Represent this Advantage Plan Program. It's NOT WORTH THE PAIN! read more

Everytime we go to Walgreen's Pharmacy in Murabella it turns into a 45 minute ordeal. Today we waited in line for 15 minutes to pickup a prescription that I ordered 20 hours earlier and had been told it would be ready. I had received a call from their system that it was ready. When we finally got to the service window we were told the prescription wasn't quite ready. We were told it would be about 15 more minutes and we were asked to drive around and get back in line. We ran across the street to get a prescription for my wife from CVS which only took a few minutes. When we got back to the end of the line at Walgreen's there were 5 cars in line. It took 15 more minutes to to serve 4 of the cars. Then the last car ahead of us sat at the window for 15 minutes. We were asked to go around because our order would take 15 minutes but this last car never moved. Something like this happens everytime we use this Walgreen's. Unfortunately this is the only one within 10 miles of our house and our insurance has an agreement with the chain and makes use Walgreen's or some mail order system. read more

This pharmacy is the worst. Dropped off 2 urgent scripts tonight. I was told one hour which I was concerned about anyway. Made sure they had my correct cell number to text when ready and that the drugs were in stock because last time I waited for a different script for an hour only to find out they don't stock it. So tonight 2 hours later- no call - no update. Called the pharmacy and the automated service said there was a delay so I transferred to a live person. Waited on hold for awhile then explained the situation to the rep and that I needed to make sure they would have the script filled tonight or I have to take it somewhere else fast before they all close. She said "oh yeah those are delayed." Yes I know that's what the automated service explained, can you tell me why? "Oh no I'll have to transfer you to the Pharmacy." I thought that's what I reached. "Oh no this is the Pharmacy Care Center for the Pharmacy. I'll have to transfer you to the pharmacist to see what's going on." (Seriously had to take a deep breath not to get upset at this point) Transferred to the pharmacist and sat on hold another 10 minutes. Re-explained the situation. "Yeah looks like we entered the brand name instead of the generic name and all we use is the generic so it never processed." Ummm ok can we process it now? Do you have it in stock? "I don't know. Let me check. Sorry we have been busy and now everyone left so it's super slow." Ok can you fill it now? How long will it take? "Ummm no idea - yells to Pharmacist - Dave any clue how long it will take to fill these delayed ones?" 15 Minutes. Less than a minute later I get the text saying my scripts are ready. They would never have processed it at all if I didn't call and they really didn't seem to give a care about the timeliness of delivering meds for a serious organ infection. Such a shotty operation with people who seem Like they don't care, never heard of professionalism or customer service. I will never step foot inside another Walgreens ever. read more

What can you say...another pharmacy chain. Short on personal service and the ever elusive customer service. I didnt have high expectations and they didn't disappoint. Having come from a privately owned compounding pharmacy, I guess I set the bar too high. ??? Maybe. These large chains and their automation, lack of personal "connection"...you just leave feeling like you're "one of the herd". read more

I love this Walgreens and am especially thankful for the thorough review of medications and supplements so I know I really am doing what's best. They always have what I need on sale and are very customer oriented. I only wish they were a 24 hour location. There's really nothing close when there's an "off hours" minor situation that doesn't need an emergency room visit. read more
