Stopped in just to see what there was today. There was a lot on sale, which was awesome! Crazy to see all of the Christmas stuff, but I'm glad they waited this long to bring it out. Lol every staff member that I passed was very polite and kind and asked if I needed help finding anything. Everything was very clean and easy to find and accessible. The woman checking me out with my purchase was very helpful. We utilized the elevator since I had a stroller with me and it worked well - just looked a little dated. Overall, it was a little bit more of an expensive store. But they did have some good sales and had a very large selection in every category. read more

I went to the store with my mom, it was pretty slow on Labor Day. It was clean enough although a little bit cluttered and certainly appropriately staffed for the level of business they were having which was hardly any. They were friendly and nice and wildly shoe selection was poor, I'm not gonna hold that against them because I guess people just don't shop there for shoes anymore. In any case, my experience was good and I have been shopping in that Belks for 25 years and it has always been a good experience. read more

I am picky about where I have a Credit Card at but this was a no brainer. This store almost gives away clothes certain times of the year to card holder. The store is large and the checkers are really friendly. They will let you come in the day before a event and they will hold your selection for you until the sale starts! Who does thatttt??? I would say the dressing rooms need to be freshened up some but otherwise I enjoy Belk Stores. read more

Whenever I'm at the OP Mall, I often pop in here to have a look at the women's plus sized clothing. I'm always hopeful that I will find something, but very rarely every do. I'm always let down and usually leave frustrated. Yet, I still keep coming here. Their area for plus size clothing is extremely small and they have very little to offer. It's almost impossible to navigate through the small area because the racks are pushed so closely together. If you are in a wheelchair, you can forget getting through this area to look at the clothing. The store is clean, but I can't say any of the clothing areas are organized all that well because in every area the racks are pushed just way too close together. This type of department store should be much more handicapped accessible. It isn't. As for the employees, I can't say anything great about them either. No one has ever been rude to me, but they haven't been friendly either. They also aren't very helpful. When I can find an employee (often that is a daunting task) and ask for assistance, they just point in a general direction. Gee... thanks. The entire store itself is pretty small. I use to shop at the Belk at Regency Mall all the time and I do miss it. It's a very large store that is easy to navigate. Belk is still there, I just don't find myself in that area of town very often anymore. Not to mention the fact that Regency Mall has gone downhill drastically. I can only continue to hope that one day they will build a Belk at The Town Centre. read more

It's a very clean and appealing store. I came here on a whim and I was pleasantly pleased. Maybe it's because it's a Sunday evening and it's close to closing time that there were a few people gracing that sales floor, but everyone was pleasant and courteous nonetheless. Wow a few customers are being assisted, I decided to look at the shoes and the fragrances. There were a few that I research that I felt I wanted to purchase. Most notably the Yves Saint Laurent cologne and the coach cologne. A kind young lady assisted me and she was helpful, and timid but resourceful in nature. I liked her. So I continued to deal with her with my needs. Upon sampling a few I decided upon a fragrance. I purchased the Coach and Yves Saint Laurent colognes. There was a 20% off $100 purchase which I qualified. I liked that she had a great counter presence and she was helpful while quite timid. I have as a cardholder birthday coupon which I'm saving to do something special with on my next shopping experience. However I believe it maybe the Hugo boss cologne that was pleasing to me or I may just ask for it as a gift. This was a nice impromptu experience with purchase in the Orange Park Belk Store. read more

I have had an account with Belk since 2016 I didn't use it much last year Went to make a purchase the other day and they said they closed my account due to inactivity But I could be more than happy to reapply for another credit card But then I would take a hit on my credit score They should not have closed my account I did not ask for it I think that is very bad business practice read more

I used to really love Belk, I purchased a pair of Izod blue jeans they were tagged the wrong size and could not try them on due to dressing rooms being closed because of the virus. I returned to this store to the men's department and there was a line with approximately 8 people in it oh, it was the only cash register open on the top floor and no one else around working to help me, then when a second register finally opened about a half hour later told me I had to go down to women's shoes to return my item. And I could not find another pair of Izod Jean's anywhere in the store. I thought it was absolutely ridiculous there was one person on the whole top floor they have good sales but I don't think I'll be going back because of pure nonexistent customer service! read more

Wow! The Belk staff minimized our shopping dilemma! As a new transplant from the Pacific Northwest, we moved here just before Christmas. If not for the courteous, service-oriented assistants like Debra, Victoria, Gwendolyn and Enrico, who were priceless while we shopped, we would have been without a Christmas gift for all of the family members coming to our new home! Our belongings weren't due to arrive on time, so we had to shop for EVERYTHING to manage until they did. That included not only the basic necessities, but also Christmas gifts. The staff I mention were so helpful, pleasant and rang up what we purchased with a smile -- In having such a wonderful store with a wide selection of items to choose from and such warm and wonderful people on hand -- we will always stop in to shop at the Belk Department Store in the Orange Park Mall. This is not one of the better Belk locations around....The store is very difficult to navigate a wheelchair through... The clothing racks are very close together making it extremely difficult to maneuver.... The staff is not very helpful or friendly..... If you need assistance odds are you'll have trouble finding someone to help or the person helping will seem annoyed while doing their job.... read more
