My daughter and I just visited today. We were so excited when we saw all the beautiful dresses but the one lady working there was so incredibly rude. She asked how she could help, I told her we were there to look for a prom dress, and she told me that they are a "high end store" and unless I'm willing to spend a lot of money, there was no point in me even looking. She then asked me how much I was willing to pay and when I refused to tell her, she gave me more attitude and acted as if we didn't belong there. I asked her if we could still look around and she reluctantly said yes with a disgusted look on her face. The dresses were all beautiful but I felt as if we were being prejudiced against for whatever reason and there are signs all over the store that say in big bold letters, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE DRESSES. We walked around for maybe 60 seconds and left. We were still the only customers in the store and she didn't say Thank you for visiting or anything at all.
I feel like unless I had walked in draped with diamonds and fake eyelashes, I was just not going to receive any service. If you know the movie, Pretty Woman, you know that scene when she walks into the really nice boutique and they turn her away? Yeah, that's about how my daughter and I felt today in your store.
