A BRIDE'S DREAM COME TRUE!!!! I can't possibly put into words what Haley had done for me. What…read morestarted out as bride's worst nightmare was quickly turned around by Haley!!! I purchased my original dress online and was just going to get it altered. Three months before my wedding I went to a local seamstress who basically told me my dress was not able to be altered and what I had wanted done to it was impossible. Tears and panic ensued. I quickly started calling around to bridal studios and Haley was so empathetic. She gave me the name and number of a new seamstress and didn't put any pressure on me to buy a new dress. I told her I still wanted to look in case it actually couldn't be done. Haley was so warm and welcoming, tried on a few dresses didn't have my "moment", you know the one where you know you found THE dress. Then Haley pulled a dress off the mannequin in the window tried it on and immediately was like "this is my dress" she got it custom size ordered and rushed for me and had my dress in hand in a matter of just a few weeks. Whisked it off to alterations (from her approved seamstress lol) and was wedding ready two weeks before our big day. Haley, you're an absolute treasure and so happy to have met you and had this experience with you. You're the absolute best!!!!!

The people who work here are artisans- I bring suits to be tailored here, have custom dress shirts altered when they shrink (or more realistically, I grow). If you want jeans hemmed, sure, they'll do it and they will be great, but it will take a little longer and cost a little more. If you've ever made the mistake of going to your dry cleaner for an alteration that was a little more advanced and found the fit or result to be mediocre, you should start going here.

I went into Cathy's the other day to see how much it would cost for her to hem a dress for me. The…read moredress was very basic, jersey knit, and didn't need much work. When I first walked into the store I wasn't even greeted with a friendly "hello" or "how can I help you?" The two ladies just stared at me so I took it upon myself to explain that I just needed a basic hem on the dress because it was too long. She asked when I would need it by and when I told her the date she gave me an abrupt, "No!" Shocked by her reply I said, "No?" And she replied, "No, we can not do that." And that was the end of the conversation. I thanked her and left. Granted it is April and the middle of prom season, but I would expect a better response than that. I was so embarrassed. I went to a dry cleaner around the corner from my house and they hemmed the dress and had it complete within 2 days, which is 3 days before I needed it done!

The second time, a woman who identified herself as the manager, Katrina Ford, was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She barely looked at the bag before accusing me of putting the hole in the bag myself. When I showed her that it was clearly a stitching issue, she advised that the store doesn't cover that. She told me to call corporate. Not two minutes later she said the store covers stitching issues but not the one I had because I caused it myself. Clearly corporate disagrees as they are giving me a gift card to purchase a new bag, which is what the warranty is. I even told Ms. Ford that, on top of the exchange, I was looking to make an additional purchase. She did not care. She was so rude and hateful and disrespectful that, after I spend my gift card, I will never buy from Michael Kors again. I literally went three doors down and bought two Kate Spade purses. The store is smaller than other Michael Kors outlets I have been to. This store is small so there are many associates to help. First off, booking an appointment was super easy, and the whole process felt very welcoming from the start. As a mid-size bride who typically wears a size 10-12, I always go into appointments a little nervous about fit but here, it was actually the opposite situation. Most of the dresses were a bit too big on me, especially in the bust area, so it was a little harder to fully visualize how the dress would look once properly fitted. That said, the dresses themselves were absolutely beautiful and clearly designed with curves in mind. One of the standout things about this boutique is the space the dressing rooms are PERFECT, out of all the places I tried on dresses, THIS is the place. It made such a difference being able to comfortably move around, especially when trying on larger or more detailed gowns. It was honestly one of the best setups I've experienced. My stylist was amazing, so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. She really made the experience feel special. They also offer champagne while you're trying on dresses, which adds a fun and celebratory touch. Although I didn't end up finding "the one" here, I truly had a great experience. My stylist even recommended I check out their sister store, Love Bridal Boutique, which I did and I appreciated that guidance so much. Overall, I had enjoyable bridal shopping experience. I'd absolutely recommend it to other brides.

If I could give Shayna and Curve 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I had the BEST experience with Shayna and Curve on 5/30/26, she made me and my girls feel so welcome, supported, and loved! She took her time with me and pulled some super fun dresses plus the ones I'd sent as inspo and we just had a blast throughout the entire appointment! By the time we left, Shayna felt like part of our friend group! My mom was having some health issues at the time of my appointment and Shayna checked in on her several times afterwards, and that meant so much to me. She is an incredible asset to Curve and I would pay the $25 to play dress up with her every single Saturday if I lived in Jacksonville! I am so excited to say that I said yes to the dress at Curve Bridal! I was so worried that nothing would look on me and I was nervous that I wouldn't find anything that would flatter my body, and that could not be further from the truth here, so if you have any hesitations at all about coming by to try on dresses, put that fear to bed and make the appointment! Thank you again, Shayna, you made the entire experience so memorable and fun!
