This was a cute shop, but had a very limited inventory and limited sizing options. Most of their dresses were very ornate and over-the-top. If you're getting married in a large church or fancy venue, you may have luck here. My experience in this shop was a simple one. I saw this belt they had featured at a bridal event in World Golf Village. I fell in love with it. I later went to their location on Beach Blvd and tried it on with my dress once I had gotten it altered. I tried on a few others because I wanted to be sure it was the right one. I fell in love with how think and simply beaded it was. it matched my vial and dress perfectly. One thing that was very helpful is the associate asked me if I had recently lost weight. I didn't think I had. She advised me that my dress needed to be taken in some more. It wasn't until she said it that I noticed it was necessary. Their unsolicited advice was very helpful!! read more

Walked in on Saturday and I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The salon was easy to find and had ample parking. When you walk in the salon it is beautiful and welcoming without being overwhelming. I've been a bridesmaid a handful of time, but now I get to be the bride!!!! I didnt schedule an appointment or bring anyone else with me- I just wanted to start the dress process and try and not freak out and have as little stress as possible. Well this impulse pop in was a huge success!!! Whoever had scheduled an appointment no called no showed, so after waiting 5 minutes I had my own personal assistant. I told her I have not tried on or even looked at dresses- I am open to try on anything- I like things outside the box. I said to the consultant "this is probably your worse nightmare" but actually she was all smiles grabbing me all sorts of dresses and describing their complexities. And then it happened- I tried on my first wedding dress!!!! GAH! Granted I hated it and moved right along. I think I tried 7 dresses on- 3 I liked enough to leave the fitting room and have my moment on stage- so surreal. Def got the shakes at that point lol. The consultant was so helpful explaining how the dress could be altered. In the end it seems like I want to combine 2 dresses. I have a lot to think about. I am gracious I met the staff here. I kept liking the Casablanca dresses, so if I end of with a dress from them I will 100% buy it at this location. The consultant was perfectly helpful and not picky at all. When searching for a wedding dress I did what a lot of brides do and went to David's bridal first. HUGE mistake they rushed me and didn't even let me go through the racks to pick dresses so I left there. Thats when I found Bridals & More and the atmosphere going in for my appointment was phenomenal! I was asked what I want and was able to look through all the racks and try on as many dresses as I needed to. I think I tried on 5 the first time I went and another 6 or 7 the 2nd time I went. It wasn't that I didn't like any of the ones I'd been trying on it was that I liked too many of the dresses! I finally decided on my dream dress and wearing it to my wedding I kept getting compliments and people asking where I got it. Bridals & More is awesome! I was never pushed to make a decision, in fact I tried on so many other styles I never would have tried on my own because of their guidance! I had 5 people with me and they were all comfortable and having the area to yourself is the best! Customer service: Awesome! Everyone is very attentive and willing to help. Very friendly. I thought I found 'the dress' but wasn't sure. So I left a deposit for them to hold it until the next week. Decided it wasn't the one, but was able to use my deposit towards other store merchandise. So I didn't completely waste my money, which was nice. Ambience: very quaint and welcoming store. Everything was organized and easy to hunt through. Only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is the inventory is not very robust. One thing I did appreciate is they had a lot of sizes higher than 4-6! It's nice that they carry sizes that grown women can fit into! But more options would have been nice. That being said, if you're looking for ball gowns and 'fancier' wedding dresses, this is a great spot! For more casual dresses, not so much. read more

I walked in on a weekend without an appointment and they still saw me and I was able to try on some dresses as a walk in. They gave me an appointment for a few days later and accommodated me so well! I'm not sure how this place has good reviews unless everyone dumped an astronomical amount at their store. If you ask them to alter your dress from somewhere else. You will literally hear them trash talk it in front of you constantly.with quotes like "this was made so cheap look this is such a terrible design" like I get it you want us to buy your dresses for an insane amount of markup. Sorry for cutting out the middle man and getting a dress from the source and having it altered to fit saving $$$ I don't like giving bad reviews but christs sake the lady was so rude just because the dress wasn't from there. read more

Where to begin? Miriam is a LIFESAVER. I originally took my dress to a different shop to get altered and it was done so poorly it was almost irreparable. I found Bridals and More on The Knot and based on the amazing reviews I brought my dress in. I was on the verge of tears explaining what happened and Miriam put me at ease right away. She repaired my dress and made suggestions about different ways to alter it to make it perfectly fit me (bust inserts, lining the top with a rubber strip to keep me from pulling it up all night) I could tell she knew what she was doing. I picked my dress up this week just in time for my wedding next weekend and it's better than I imagined! I could not recommend Bridals and More enough! read more

We went for the Brides Across America event an organization that gives free dresses to veteran brides or fiancé's of veterans. The ladies at check in were very nice they had sweets and seating for the future brides to wait. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the two ladies that were helping my friend with her dress. They said only one person could go in with the bride even though the place was not crowded and at some point mentioned we had 5minutes left (she had been inside for about 15mins). Fortunately her sister found her the perfect dress on the first try. But the consultants could have made the experience better for us considering we drove 5 hours to get there. read more

This shop is amazing! We bought my future daughter-in-law's dress there and they are going to ship it to her in Finland! We went back to look at bridesmaid dresses and even though we didn't ultimately buy one, Madelin was incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend this shop for the selection, and especially for the service. It is a family owned business and it is apparent that they care about each client. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This business has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced; however, not on the surface. When looking for a wedding gown the staff acted normally and were helpful to show us the dresses they had. The seamstress there informed us of her years of experience. The dresses there were out of our price range and we decided to buy from a different store. The employees had been nice at first so we decided to get an estimate for alterations to give them some business. As soon as they learned we were not going to buy a dress from them the woman at the front counter could hardly give us the time of day! The seamstress was beyond rude and gave us ridiculous estimates. The zipper on the back of the dress needed a new head but worked fine up and down. She quoted $150! She explained that she would need to take the entire back apart and replace all the lace and the entire zipper back. I informed her that, that was not true the buttons were fake show buttons and the zipper worked fine it only needed the handle. She looked at me with the worst attitude and said, "Do you know how to sew? I don't think so!". I left as quickly as possible went to a department store bought a two dollar zipper head, and now surprise surprise it works just fine. TWO DOLLARS! I am so disappointed at the fake front these employees put on as well as evidently scamming people they assume "can't sew", which I can, for $148 cheaper! I will be on every site down rating this store and never recommend it to anyone. This store should have been thankful we attempted to give them any business at all with the alterations, but never again will I step foot inside this establishment. read more
