Since becoming her client, my complexion has improved tremendously, and I haven't experienced the breakouts I was struggling with before. What I appreciate most about Taylor is that she doesn't just provide an amazing facial--she takes the time to educate me on my skin and recommends products and a routine to help me maintain my results between visits. Her advice and recommendations have been spot on, and I've truly seen the difference. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she is genuinely kind, generous, and makes every appointment such an enjoyable experience. I also see Catherine for Botox, and she is equally fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application, and I've been so impressed with how natural my results look and how long my Botox lasts. The level of knowledge, personalized care, kindness, and service I've received at Fountain of Youth Spa is exactly why I've become such a loyal customer--and why I'll continue to be one. I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor and Catherine to anyone looking for people they can truly trust with their skin and aesthetic care!

Two of my college aged children needed treatment for a dermatology spot and a surgical site. They…read morehad 5 visits but 1 child needed a few more sessions and the other had 1 more session to schedule. After their appointments, a woman in the waiting room started harassing them for not sitting down. They were polite and explained they were waiting for someone. She could see there was no one at the front desk. She started insulting them and told them to go wait outside. She was so strange that they left and came out to the car without conducting their business. I went back in to see what was happening and there still wasn't anyone at the front desk. The provider stepped out and started talking about setting more appointments but I wanted to know why my children were chased out of their doctor's waiting room by some crazy woman. The provider said the woman wanted them to sit down and wait opposed to standing at the front desk. She asked me to call back and report the woman to the manager because she had no control over the people in their waiting room. I called but the office manager was high strung and making excuses for what happened. They did refund our money for the last appt we didn't set but it was not the full amount. They struggle with computers and payments and make excuses for that too. This was not the professional, calm experience we expected from a drs office. I think this office is geared towards vanity services and product sales and not actual patient care dermatology. Lesson learned. We will not be back. There are many professional dermatologists in the area who can provide a safe environment for their patients.
