My husband and I were looking for a new massage place. I am so glad we found this one! The rooms have wonderful spa music playing throughout your massage, they have THE MOST comfortable massage tables I have ever laid on. They are the perfect size. Not too hard, not too soft and the best part is the face thing you put your face in. Most of the time the hole is so small and, being claustrophobic, I am always widening the hole from the pillow cover. This spa has very spacious face holders. I know it sounds odd but trust me on this one. We have been here 3 times so far and each time I had a different masseuse. Each masseuse will always have their own technique, but there were other places I could not wait for my massage to be over. Each massage here was wonderful. I have had Lacy, Saylah and , Crystal and each one did a wonderful job. I booked my next one with Lacy and am happy to find such a wonderful spa. They do have monthly memberships which we joined to guarantee we get ourselves a massage every month.

Crystal is amazing. In the past year, Crystal did miracles. She is professional, compassionate and…read morealways giving her best in the session. Katie always is willing to help and I always feel welcome at The Spa at Palecia. Bailey and Melissa are great too! It is always a pleasure to go to The Spa at Palencia. When I leave, I feel better and relaxed. I highly recommend The Spa at Palencia to all my friends and family.

I went and saw Dr Stakem on Monday to make sure nothing was wrong, and again today because I haven't noticed any improvements. The nurses have been AMAZING- so nice, caring and understanding- but Dr Stakem should go take a crash course on bedside table manners. He basically told me that I was being a cry baby and that the pain would go away, that since I was up and speaking that I wasn't experiencing any "real" pain. He insinuated that I needed to just chill out and that the pain would go away and that I had a low pain tolerance. I'm sorry, but for someone that's been through surgery before and had many injuries, I don't think it's crazy of me to want to make sure I'm okay when 7 days after the wisdom tooth procedure I'm still LITERALLY crying from pain. I will never be returning to this "doctor" for any help or advice. He made me feel like an idiot and I left wanting to cry. Nurses should go find somewhere better to work because they were great. Some doctor.
