Pick up your prescription and grab a special greeting card or a gift for an out-of-town friend. Prescription costs are very, very reasonable if it's not covered by insurance. It was the only way I was going to be able to walk again, after being bed-bound for 7 weeks. This was the only place I could find one, but I had called right before they were closing for a 3 day weekend. I also lived about 1.5 hours away from them. They were so kind and offered to meet me the next day even though they were closed, so that I could purchase a post-op shoe. This just blew me away... talk about above and beyond. I without a doubt would recommend this place for all your medical supplies and pharmacy needs. They have the best customer service you will ever find.

This is a locally owned and operated pharmacy right on Kingsley Avenue that carries a great selection of products for all of your medical care needs. It's also a full service pharmacy where you can drop off your prescriptions and relax in the adjacent waiting room while it's being filled. There is plenty of parking and the customer service is friendly and personal. It seems like they have a long standing clientele and it's conveniently located across from OPMC. This is important because when I began having trouble with the scooter approximately one month later, the Medco staff would not give me the much needed information about who this "3rd party company" was or how to locate or get in contact with them. I was obviously seeking warranty information and wanted to contact the company where it was purchased and as far as I knew, Medco delivered the scooter and had me sign the receipt. I was even more shocked and amazed when they told me they only had a billing address and/ or phone number for this company, but could not give this information to customers. Now I have to research and backtrack who and where this scooter was actually purchased from which I will get to the bottom of eventually. BUT CAN YOU BELIEVIE HOW UNHELPFUL, DISINTERESTED AND DOWNRIGHT MISLEADING MEDCO SUPPLIERS ARE? You have to ask yourself, WHY. I knew it wasn't going to fit right. I had my husband take it back, with the receipt. How about they have to get permission from Ohio to do a return ? I didn't have to call Ohio to hand them my cash so why do I have to wait to get it back? The return was done within 48 hours, and I'd only worn the product for about five minutes.
