Walmart is always the place to go for whatever you need for the house or for a party. My cousin and I came here to get some things for her house, and was always happy with the layout of the store. We went to the Primo Water Filter station to fill up her water jugs and did not realize how inexpensive it is, only 29¢ a gallon! No wonder she has a water station at her house! It is a great deal! Of course, the produce selection is always amazing and fresh at Walmart. Walmart has never disappointed me in their grocery department, as well as other areas in the store. The staff are on top of everything and willing to assist you with anything and everything you need in the store. I was disappointed that there was no greeter in the front of the store to greet us as we walked into the store. Since that is what Walmart is known for, I was expecting to be greeted by someone when I walked into the store, but no such luck. It is not a big deal to me, but something the management should look into going forward. Other than that, this Walmart is wonderful for Macclenny, FL and the residents are lucky to have this store in town. read more

I always go thru cashier lines to avoid lifting things so much. And the unfriendlyness n downright hateful attitude from black cashier's on whites checking out is out of control ! I spoke with an assistant manager once about it. And I'm friendly to everyone, so this isn't coming from racism. ANY Cashier should be friendly, courteous and helpful ! Food was average when you go to a grocery stores they are always stock with a variety of food. Was looking for bacon and only say one brand. Customer service is always nice when I come there. The area is more for the veterans I see and the elderly that just makes it feel warm and cozy there. Location wise they are located around a nice fast food subway and can get coffee etc at Starbucks and DD other places in the plaza as well. It's always clean here and always filled with buggies/carts. read more

Yeah, it's Walmart. It's there, and it's busy. But, upon asking an associate walking by where I could find my needed item, she reversed course and led me right to it. OK, that's great service ! Busy store, no short checkout lines, and I only had one item. No prob, I eventually got rung up and left the store fulfilled and a few bucks lighter. I'm a fan. read more

Customer Service here needs some serious training. The young lady at the desk immediately started investigating the brand-new alarm system and camera that I returned. I chose to install an alarm system from a large reputable company instead. The alarm system was taken from inside of a case and given to me. I went home. Opened then changed my mind. She claimed that the sku on the box did not match one of the items in the box. Obviously, the manufacturer has a package sku and the individual items has it's own sku. I get that there are dishonest people but there are also sincere customers that have better things to do than attempt to defraud you. I went to the original store that was having construction done previously and with no issue they processed my refund. Basic customer service fail. read more

-Hair Salon- Today I went here to get my hair cut. I signed in and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. So I went around and did my shopping. I then came back, early even, and was told that the lady who was originally going to do my hair left. So I told the new lady that I had already signed in and she said "Oh well. I'm the only one here right now. You're going to have to wait for an hour or so." Even though there was only one person in there. The lady was really rude. Upset, I left. I was really looking forward to this haircut. I am never coming back here to get my hair cut. The last time I did anyways, my hair looked pretty bad. I blamed it on the busy service that day though. -Actual Store- The employees are so rude. One time, I accidentally knocked something over and I was going back to pick it up but she beat me to it. She gave me the most rude look ever. She told me to "watch where I'm going". And besides, they talk about their customers. I have overheard them. What can I say it's a Walmart?? The staff is often nowhere to be found or too busy too help when you need someone. The store is kept clean. The prices are typical Walmart, which are pretty good, but that's really expected. read more

Just OK as far as Wal Marts go... Good place for an oil change or a Subway sandwich but everything else is pretty much standard WalMart fare.. Ive always had good experiences in the electronics and cell phone service section. The new self service check out area is pretty good too. read more

This review is only for the pharmacy as that is why I made the trip today. Although I do make at least one trip a week to WallyWorld... I should own stock. No line and no waiting! Yay!!! That is truly a first at any Walmart. My rx was ready and waiting for me. And it cost a whole $4! That was nice on my pocket :) The cashier was not very pleasant though. They rarely are. Anyone that works at this place is rarely nice. I guess I wasn't expecting exceptional customer service, but a smile and a friendly voice would have been nice. All I wanted was to purchase a tire, not have it installed, to take to a friend who had a flat.. Tires take a LONG time regardless of where you go, but it was really irritating to place the order, told to go shop while waiting, then finally get paged, return to the desk, then wait while the cashier ignored me and proceeded to chat with friends of hers pretending to look at key chains on the desk. When she finally got around to ringing me up, (a much bigger purchase than the key chain), she didn't offer any information about the tire purchase. I went outside , thinking it would already be in the back of my truck. Nope. I then returned to the garage, and asked the two employees about the tire. Total blank stares. They still had it, and I had to request that they put it in the truck. I waited an hour for what? read more

This is the best Walmart in this entire area. I stopped going to Walmart for a very long time due to the crappy service I got at the Lem Turner store. This one, however, has gotten me started going back. Every associate in the store is willing to drop what they're doing to walk me over to whatever I need help with. They are very similar to Publix in that regard. I almost always use the self checkout, but when I do choose to go through a regular checkout line, there is never a line or wait and I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. read more
