Terrible service. Everything is locked up . Don't even TRY to have your prescriptions sent here you'll be waiting in line for at least 40 minutes. Horrible horrible!!! Everyone is so grumpy!!! Seriously the worst customer service. They literally told me my doctor prescribed my medication wrong. Huh? Scripts are never ready. The last 3 times I came to get my prescriptions, I had to come back 4 times bc even though the phone messages said they were ready, they weren't. And the Pharmacist, Josh, had an attitude. DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE Description of Issue: So today was try number 4 to get my prescription refilled at CVS after more than 10 days and failing at the first three times and telling me it would be delivered which it never was. The store texted me know it was ready for pick up. It was supposed to be in 90 tablet refill, they gave me five pills. Not a word from the pharmacist no explanation as to why there are only five I found out when I got home hoping to finally be done with the nightmare that CVS has created with my prescriptions. It's going to be my pleasure to delete this app and no longer going to a CVS. I will be transferring everything immediately I would like to truly thank CVS for doing nothing correct. CVS Pharmacy- Worst customer service. Make you wait in line for hours while all workers are chit chatting.

After being less than thrilled with the pharmacy in Vinnin sq, Swampscott I decided to give this CVS a try. I've been so pleased with the level of service provided here! I have been a customer for the past 6 months and have had a smooth and easy transaction each time. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most recently, I was having difficulty getting prescription eye drops that I needed to take prior to surgery. Ruchi, the pharmacist on the day I needed to pick the prescription up, spent a lot of time on the phone chasing down the doctor's office to get the prescription so she could fill it. She was wonderful about keeping me apprised of the situation and called me multiple times at home to update me. She truly went above and beyond in order to get the medication to me when I needed them. CVS is lucky to have such a dedicated and conscientious pharmacist- as are the patients who fill prescriptions here!! read more

This store is immaculate, and when you get off on the total wrong bus stop, on your way to Salem, they will put you right back on the bus, and get you safely on your way. They wont mock you either. read more

I've been to the store several times without using the pharmacy and most things are overpriced. The store is not usually dirty, but they do tend to have unopened boxes in aisles frequently. Today I use the pharmacy for the first time in several years and I called ahead to make sure they had my insurance information. They picked up the phone quickly, however, the lady seemed unhappy to have done so. She kept saying hello like she couldn't hear me even though she didn't give me a chance to say a word. So I kept trying to say hi and she kept interrupting me with her nonstop hellos.... Getting annoyed now, feeling like she was about to hang up, I said "can you let me speak." Finally she allowed me to answer her and we finished up the call . Arriving at the pharmacy, there was a small line that moved quickly. The girl who assisted me was kind and polite. I had no issues picking up my rx, they even expedited it so I could pick up before the "ready for pick up" time. As others have said, the pharmacy is awful. They are slow, prescriptions are never ready for when you request them, and none of the staff seems to care. Save the frustration and use another location. read more

This CVS is the worse CVS I have ever been too! The pharmacy staff are so rude and lazy. I have been waiting for my prescription for 6 hours and when I call to see if they are finally ready the lady on the phone tells me to wait another hour because they have too many customers because apparently all the customers came in at the same time! I explained I'm unable to drive and the only person I have to pick them up can only go now and she says well then that's too bad because they are just gonna wait in a line half way down the aisle. What kind of customer service is this. I only go there because it's the closest to my home but I think next time I'll go back to Walgreens! I've never had a bad experience with them! What a shame! This pharmacy is horrible. I placed a refill the other day and gave them 3 hours to do it. Well 5 hours later it still wasn't done! I will never go back for the pharmacy. The front store is pretty good but don't trust that pharmacy. read more

By far the worst Pharmacy I have ever been I love the shop there but to pick up prescriptions it has become a nightmare I literally want to stab myself in the eye every time I'm in there they are so rude with their snotty attitude even when you get a tax your prescription is ready you get there and they tell you it's not ready I have to do three trips to pick up one perscription never again read more

I have been going to CVS for over 20 years for my pharmacy and switched to the Eastern Ave one when I moved. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are so slow, never have the RX filled when they say they will even after you get a text saying it has been completed. Just wasted 30 minutes of my time on the phone because the person I was speaking to has no idea what he is doing. He kept telling me the manufacturers coupon for my script has expired. When I told him to get someone to look at it that knows what they are doing because I can't continue to waste my time he put me on hold for 10 seconds and came back and said the pharmacist got it to go through. Incompetent people work there. If it wasn't so close to my house I would definitely switch to another location read more

This CVS is nicer and cleaner than the Boston Street location. Unfortunately, the hours leave much to be desired. The location is also sort of inconvienent because Eastern Avenue can be very crowded during certain times of the day. Boston Street is a breeze (near the CVS there) in comparison. read more

This place has acquired so much of my business since i've moved two streets away.I never go without milk, I never suffer a random craving for long without trekking to cvs to satisfy it. If I need medicine or almost any other random thing I can think of, chances are CVS has it. The store is always clean, and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. read more

Given my experience with this pharmacy, I wouldn't trust them with my prescriptions. They are inept, lazy and rude. The one and only time I tried to get a prescription filled I had to repeatedly spell my name (a common name) and repeatedly give them my birth date - because they couldn't get it right. I gave up in disgust. If they couldn't spell my name, how can I trust them to fill a prescription? read more
