If you want good customer service, don't look here. Some guy on the Akina pharmacy phone line even hung up on me twice when I asked for help. Akina pharmacy sent my dog's medication to the wrong address 3 months in a row, even after I called multiple times to confirm the address. Akina pharmacy did not send the medication at proper times and twice I ran out of pills before the new ones arrived. I called to voice my concerns and customer service told me it would get to my home on time. That was a lie. They sent one necessary medication that would arrive on time, but couldn't bother with a second medication that is also life saving for my dog. This is by far the single most incompetent service I've ever used. I'd give negative stars if I could.
